Wings came out fine, on time, and as expected. The fries however, were some of the most un-edible things I have ever placed into my gullet. Dry, with a crunchy interior, and a burnt exterior. My first assumption was that they were simply burnt, but upon asking the worker to remake the fries from being burnt I was sent back the fries depicted from in the photos. Whether the person on fryer is burning them or the fryer/fryer oil is not being maintained, either way, I could not eat more than a couple fries before I had to toss them. read more

I chose to try it for the first time tonight. The staff were very rude! The girl at the check out was not helpful when my card wouldn't swipe saying to me it's my card. The supervisor wasn't helpful basically walked off and a guy from the back kept stepping in but when I asked him which way I scan my card in their reader he laughed said it's your card. I went to the atm and of course got cash then went back to get my order only to wait longer for them to realize they need to cancel card payment for cash payment. Loveeee wingstop so this isn't towards the wings more towards the franchise itself . Ordered online and ended up waiting an hour longer than we were suppose to & I wasn't the only customer who was waiting. The staff doesn't wear any gloves & no hair nets. The staff is nice though ! However I think it's more the owners fault for not keeping up with this place. The place smells bad and the service is all over the place. They need to work on making this location friendly and more open to people, it's just very unprofessional and trashy. I typically love Wingstop's lemon pepper wings. The seasoning was too light making the wings taste taste plain without lemon pepper. The wings were also too dry. This is a a new venue, so i will try again a few weeks from now to see if they have a better lemon pepper wings. read more
