Ok so I know this is just wing stop but I am also not keen to spending $40+ for two people and these issues arrive. First was the manager scowling at every customer in line (grey shirt). Second was my estimated time of 14-17 minutes turning into 30 minutes all the while the staff who are hustling while the guy in the grey shirt stands helpless behind the counter in their way. A young lady walked in and instead of helping her he stands there doing nothing all the while the rest of the team are filling online, call in, and walk in orders. The lady did not even order, after standing for roughly 15 minutes with no one helping her she left. If you ask how that happens, the girls working up front who were very nice were taking care of 4 large orders (4+ bags each) and trying to get those people out of the way while the grey shirt guy simply stood there looking lost. I went to have a lunch date with my best friend, and I ordered the 8 piece boneless wings. So in general I have the tendency to cut my chicken into small pieces and as I was cutting into one, my chicken was RAW in the inside!! First off, the Wingstop chain offers some of the best wings I've ever had in my whole life in Southern California (which probably doesn't say much). My rating only applies to this particular location. I hope management realizes that a bad customer service experience goes a long way, and regretfully I share mine. I was on the road towards Hollywood and knew that orders take approx. 15 minutes to fulfill (not uncommon for Wingstop's food, it's worth the wait), so I figured I'd call in an order and pick it up once I got off the freeway. I ended up being placed on hold for 10 minutes, and I even put the call on hold just to call the store again (which got me a busy signal). So not only was I the only person on the line, no one else could call in to order for the entire time I was put on hold. As soon as they hung up on me, I called back to be answered by the same woman. I asked her how she could rectify the situation, to which she laughed at me, and then paused for half a minute before offering 5 boneless wings. Bottom line, I declined and my $10 went elsewhere that day. A really unprofessional and disappointing experience. Don't call in an order here, or better yet, find yourself another Wingstop. read more

Within the next few hours my bf became REALLY sick. With stomach cramping, nausea, dizziness, cold sweats, and chills. We never thought in a million years it would have been food poising until he throwing up every 2-5 minutes for at least 2-3 hours. He looked really ill and pale so I decided to take him to the ER, then there they told us it definitely was food poising, due to the under cooked food. I politely asked to have them put back in the grease a bit longer and re-season them. The lady that took them seemed liked I told her she was ugly by her response. I could have asked for my money back, but it wasn't that serious, but have to note while I was waiting for my order someone did ask for refund. Not a good look.
