This is boss lady and I go to Wingstop, and we both love it! Everyone is so helpful and attentive even when the place is packed and with lots of phone orders waiting to be picked up. I've noticed orders take longer to be served when dine in than in other Wingstop but we've never had any problem with our wings. Our all time favorites are Hawaiian (boss lady says they taste like orange chicken, I agree... so damn good!), garlic parmesan (you can really taste the garlic and parmesan cheese all over them) and lemon pepper (my all time favorite... love anything lemony and the pepper gives this slight kick to the wings). I'd prefer boneless but once in a while I get my wings with bones (classic). We have tried all the sides but the baked beans as I don't like them but everything else is great. The potatoes salad and veggie sticks are boss lady's fave. I like their fries! They have gold peak iced teas (raspberry and sweet green are our favorites), bottled drinks and a coke dispenser machine with all kind of flavors. Today I noticed they're charging for parking in this plaza. The attendant gave me a ticket and told me the first hour was free. I took a picture of the new parking situation/rates. When I asked the Wingstop cashier about it she told me they've been doing it for over a month already, but they don't know about validating or anything yet. I haven't experienced many Wing Stop locations, but this one never disappoints although it does get crowded. I've learned my lesson and always place my order early, because they're always busy! I gave this restaurant another try tonight around 9:00pm. The food was really good, warm, fresh and ready to go. The team overall was friendly and an employee by the name of Damian went above and beyond to really help me out. He kindly informed me that by filling out the survey directed on my receipt I can get free fries. It was really fast and easy to answer the survey just as Damian had explained to me at the beginning. Do not go to this location!! First and item we ordered was not in the bag. I had called the restaurant, and let them know an item was missing, they offered a refund or to prepare the item for pick up. I get to the restaurant and no one greets me. The girl that was in front, was on her phone and didn't acknowledge me at all. Note: she was consistently visiting staff that was actually working. When someone did acknowledge me, I told them the situation, and was advised he would get the item ready. This was beyond, the item was suppose to be ready. So I had to wait for him to prepare it. No apology for the mistake or anything. Then after he brought the item to me, I let him know I had to drive back up to get the item left out. No apology, no drink was offered. No nothing. I RARELY leave bad reviews. I'm a very understanding person, but this was unacceptable. I came a long way to have WingStop, passing multiple Hooters and Buffalo Wild Wings. I wish I had gone to one of those instead. I ordered my wings, and the flavors are awful. Cajun is an overpeppered misnomer, and lemon pepper is garbage. I decided to go to the counter for a cup of hot sauce after only eating 5 of my 15 wings, thinking maybe I could drown out the bad taste, and while I was at the counter they THREW MY WHOLE ORDER AWAY. I was only up there for a minute. It would have been less, but they were ignoring me behind the counter. I waited patiently, and what do I get? My food thrown away. Who throws away 10 boneless wings when the person YOU JUST SERVED THEM TO is still within sight, and was only gone for 60 seconds. Yes, it was the same person that just served them to me that threw them away. And then the excuse (before the half-assed apology) was that the boss doesn't want them leaving food on the table. It was my first time going to this location which I highly regret, one of the worst customer services I've experienced. No one greets you when you walk in and all of them have such a horrible attitude when assisting you. This place either needs to fire those workers and replace them with people who actually want to work or just close down completely and expand the subway next door because that subway is way too little and Wingstop is just taking up useless space. I go here every once in a while. The service was good. Quick, I had parking, restrooms were clean. I love the lemon pepper flavors the best. I ordered a 3 piece combo. With extra side of ranch and extra side of veggie sticks. Love the veggie sticks. They give me so much life! Mmmmmm I also sipped on a vitamin water drink. I had to wait because someone was already in there. Turns out one of their employees was in there. When I went inside to do my business I noticed the male employee, didn't catch his name, didn't flush the toilet! I had to see all his business in there! Disgusting!
