I was sitting right by the pick up window and no one said my name. He said "we called you" and I replied with "I been here for 30 mins, no one called my name" he said "it's actually only been 20 mins". This is my favorite Wingstop location. I think they have the best quality and service out of the other 2 nearest to my home. I find the quality in chicken wings at Wingstop has plummeted in the recent years and it seems like every wing I get at other locations are freaking GMO huge and borderline slimy. This location has been pretty consistent in a medium sized wing which makes me feel better even though I'm sure they're still treated with hormones. Nevertheless, never had any service complaints. As a USC student who loves his chicken, this place is a godsend. I came around 4 on a weekday so I missed the dinner rush and didn't need to wait long for my food. Plenty of seating, clean bathrooms -- better than most fast food places. The staff was attentive and able to cook my chicken extra crisp upon request. I think my only complaint is that the seating is not conducive if you wanted to catch a sports game with a large group of friends. However, I imagine that people eat there for a quick lunch or order take out given it's close to a university and office buildings. The order was approx. $160 because there were multiple orders and when the order was picked up, there was assurance that everything was in the bags/boxes. The white and green decor throughout looks great and there's such a warm and lively vibe to it! I ordered online through the free app. It's a breeze and you can order specifically how you want it. I showed up and my order came out perfectly, crispy medium sized wings, exactly how I like them. I ate them in the restaurant, service was friendly and polite. The restaurant was clean and it was busy. Yes the wings are a tad expensive, but they generally are everywhere these days.
