Texas Roadhouse is a tried and true. Visit when you're craving the ultimate comfort food and consistently good service. This location stays busy so be prepared for a wait. Pro tip: Use their app in advance to sign up for their waitlist. They tell you about how much time you have to wait. From there, they'll text you and you reply when your party has arrived. We visited on Valentine's Day weekend which was a busy weekend. Other folks arrived at the host table and were told there was a 1.5 hour wait. They also seem to have open seating at the bar area so that's another option if you want to trim down your wait time. We ordered their cactus blossom as a starter. The onion was deep fried and served with their cajun sauce. It was delicious! The dinner rolls with their honey cinnamon butter is a must! They also give you a bag of their salted and roasted peanuts which you can eat at the table or take with you for later. I ordered the bone in ribeye (my favorite) with a side of mashed potatoes with brown gravy and a house salad with their ranch dressing. We also ordered the beef tips with rice and a caesar salad. My steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned perfectly. We had plenty of leftovers so I got to enjoy my meal all over again the next day. I'm always happy with the service I receive at this location. Had the prime rib ordered it medium rare. This piece of meat was so groosly over cooked and had no business serving this steak as it actually looked really burnt. Omer person at our table had the same issue with his prime rib. To top things off, we were told they were our of prime rib so exchanged the nasty prime rib for ribeye. We called and put our name on the waitlist. It was Saturday night and we were a party of 13. Surprising enough we only had to wait about 15 minutes once we arrived at the restaurant. Our tables were towards the back of a dimly lit room adjacent the Home 2 Suites hotel. Okay but perhaps a little tight for so many. Service is a bit layback (kind word for slow), food is priced affordable but perhaps on par for the quality. I had a ribeye steak with 7 shrimp. The shrimp were tasty but ribeye was a bit tough and somewhat on the chewy side. Rolls are served ahead of the meals which presents a problem since people tend to fill up on these addictive items. Was it worth the money? Yes, but when I go out for steak I want the steak to be the star of the show, not the sides. Slow service and chewy meat drop this establishment a star. My last review of Texas Roadhouse Fort Collins from 4/4/2026 was a 1 star rating. I am happy to report that the manager reached out, apologized and gave us a credit for our meals. We returned on 5/2/2026 and evrything was 5 star! The Fort Worth ribeyes were perfectly cooked, the sides were great and all arrived at our table together. The server was excellent and we had an outstanding experience. This is exactly what we have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse. We have been eating tx roadhouse for 20 years. This night I was super disappointed. I got a ribeye MR. I had maybe a quarter of it and couldn't finish it as it was way over seasoned. Said something to the waitress and not one manager came to our table. 45 min we asked for fresh out of the oven bread, 3 managers came by and still not one roll came to the table. Amazing service, but being from Texas and eating at TX Road House many times, the meat just wasn't the same. My ribeye had some fat but lacked marbling so it was actually one of the toughest ribeyes I've ever had. Other items seemed pretty comparable. Unfortunately my trust was not deserved; I cannot recall ever having a more gristle-filled steak of any kind, anywhere. For the record, I've had many good chicken-fried steaks at the Longmont Texas Roadhouse, but this was our first visit to the Fort Collins location. Typically one of my favorite steakhouses for the value. This is my 1st visit to this location and was very disappointed with almost everything. Was seated fairly quickly but did not acknowledged or waited on for about 15 minutes, no water or even a hello. Finally took drink order, Diet Coke and margarita. Diet Coke came in 5 minutes, still no water. Margarita came about 10 later when order was taken. Split a Ribeye with potato and salad. Salad came out pretty quickly. 20 minutes for steak, was ordered as medium, was almost RAW. Waited over 20 minutes and finally a manager stopped at the table to check on us, she acknowledged that stream was barely even Raw, closer to Blue. Explained that we had not seen our waitress since Margarita was delivered. Manager comped steak and offered to prepare a new one, we just asked for a box as we were already over 1.5 hours into a meal that all was eaten was the salad. Grabbed a burger to-go since I was staying in the Hilton adjacent to the restaurant. Got a cheeseburger and fries. Simple. Get back to my room and I discover a pretty good looking burger and not too shabby looking fries. The veggies were separated from the burger to ensure their freshness....a nice detail. Notice some extra things in the bag but I disregard them and dive straight into my meal. No mayo, no ketchup, no napkins, nothing.....just a dry burger with some fries without a dipping sauce (ketchup) to go with them. They did, however, give me 4 dinner rolls and 2 things of butter for those rolls; just what I needed with my burger and fries....dinner rolls and butter without a butter knife. They should consider giving their customers some ketchup packets to go with their fries and sauce-less burger. It's a shame really. The burger was still pretty good dry. Would've been great with some mayo and ketchup! read more

Great dinner for our first night in town! When we first arrived, we were skeptical of the wait because there were a lot of people out front, but were told it was only 10-15 minutes. Spot on. After waiting outside we were seated in a booth in the bar area. Our server was prompt and friendly. Our drink orders were taken and brought to our table right away. Food came out hot and fast. Everything was cooked well and for the most part tasted great! I ordered the sirloin with shrimp, a baked potato and mac&cheese. The Steak and Shrimp were fantastic, the baked potato was a little undercooked for my liking but still tasty, and the mac&cheese was meh - wouldn't order again. I was in on May 28th. I had been looking forward to it all week......it has been my favorite restaurant for a long time but on the last two visits the steak has been anything but what I ordered. I ordered it medium Well.....it is like they just do not know how to cook anything but medium or raw. I know that a lot of people like their steaks Rare but there are also are people that like their meat cooked but good not Raw or "Hockey Pucks" there are places that know how to cook a steak that is done and does not chew like raw meat and still has a great flavor. I took it home but ended up giving it to my dog. The service was good and wait staff very friendly and I love country music and the ambiance of the place but I already can't get my family to go there anymore and now I'm afraid I'm with them. read more

Absolutely deplorable, ignorant, condescending and insulting staff. Oh and liars may I add. The food was just okay took almost an hour to get my order which had been placed ahead of time on the app. Still waited an hour only to be treated beyond rudely by bartender Brendan and lied to by a petite female manger that refused to provide her name or a district manger's name or number claiming "we don't have district mangers" and gave me a business card with the corporate catering inquiry number. Later that night I called the Loveland Texas Roadhouse and asked about the district manger. That manger said they did have a DM but if my issue was not with her store she was not going to provide a co tact number or name. At the Ft Collin's establishment while traveling with my natural disaster team en route to Cali and stopping for the night we ordered dinner for 7 people. I waited for the order at the bar where I asked if 1 of the dozens of surrounding tv's could be on cnn while I waited. Brendan replied "no we are only allowed to show sports" I then replied "even when millions of Americans lives and homes are being destroyed and in jeopardy?" He literally chuckled and said "yea, No we don't care about that here" I replied that was a disgusting attitude. Brendan then retreated to the POS where a female bartender asked what I had said he looked right at me over exaggerated rolled his eyes and scoffed saying "Breeder wanted cnn on" and yes I could hear he didn't try to hide it I looked up and of the half dozen tv's just in my 1 eye shot 2 were on sports, 2 were on blooper/home movie reels, and 2 were on music. Brendan returned asking if I was going to order anything else. Pointing up at above said tv's for Brendan's benefit I stated "I may be a breeder but I know the difference between music and sports and I can guarantee you in the 20 plus years Gary Allen has been famous he HAS NEVER played any professional sport" referring to the Gary Allen video that was currently on. I then took my bill to the hostess stand for a manager to take payment of as I was not going to deal with Brendan a second longer. I told her I did not wish to interact with Brendan any longer and wished to pay for my order through her. The manager took my payment and when she returned for me to sign I asked for the district manger's name and number. It wasn't until 25-30 minutes later she returned with the above mentioned lie and having removed her name tag she was wearing upon my first interaction with her. Never as the manger did she ask what my issue was or if she could help me in any way she simply chose to blatantly lie to a customer. The entire lack of decorum and customer service is bad enough but the cold and flippant attitude towards their fellow Americans suffering greatly is beyond disgusting and is so disgusting it unfortunately doesn't just speak for that particular establishment but the town and Texas Roadhouse as a company of that kind of behavior and comments aren't just tolerated but protected by management. Our first time here and we had low expectations given this is a chain. We got on their waitlist and it was evident this is a streamlined process. Notifications with clear instructions all the way. Once our table was ready, the hostess seated us with some warm bread on hand! Service was impeccable! Once our orders were placed, everything came out promptly! Our server checked in regularly and one of the managers checked in as well. We were munching in the dinner rolls. Wow, a nice fluffy center and the whipped cinnamon butter was to die for! Pork chops: 5 stars. Asked for it to be as rare as possible as we were concerned it would be overly dry. Due to safety concerns they couldn't which we respected. The pork chops were pleasantly moist inside. Gravy was good - flavorful not too salty. Disappointed server didn't know about the pork chops and apple sauce joke :). The sauce was one of the sides. Ribs: they weren't kidding it's fall off the bone. Melt in the mouth and super flavorful. Extra BBQ sauce is a must! Buttered corn was delicious. Caesar salad was fresh and delicious! No room for dessert but we will return! Pay at the little iPad at the table. Table beside is was celebrating a birthday. For starters I had a coupon for a free appetizer since it was my birthday. They did not honor the coupon. Then went I went to the counter and showed the email I was told it was legit, but they don't do refunds since it was already paid for. On the bright side the fried pickles were pretty good. Then my sirloin was over cooked and not seasoned. Very bland. But hey - the bread was amazing. Then again it's hard to mess up bread and butter. Will not go back. Went to Texas Roadhouse in Ft. Collins for lunch today. Our waiter Morgan was very friendly, polite and professional. She kept checking on us to make sure our everything was good. She made sure our drinks are always full. She was very attentive for sure. Great customer service. My wife and I both ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger. It was huge and delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked. The other staff at this restaurant seemed to be friendly.
