Music blasting bit ch this & but ch that, nigge* this and nigge* that, f yous thrown around, on phones, no seasoning, extremely dirty, I asked for young man to clean the table or to give me a rag, he laughed in my face. There's NO direct number to make a proper complaint. You have to make a request online and even then their website doesn't work long enough to get to properly make a complaint. You want to curse or listen to that junk that's your business. However in a public place with little kids, show some respect. I didn't even bring my kids and it bothered me. As a student of Texas tech I've been coming to this location for 5 years. In this time I've never had an experience like the one I had today. Eliud introduced himself to me as I haven't been to Wingstop in a while. His customer service skills far exceeded anyone who has previously worked there. There also was another employee working very hard alongside him.This was also the first time I got my food in a timely manner. With my senior year coming to a close and graduation around the corner. I will only get to enjoy this service at this location for a few more months. I will definitely be returning to Wingstop before I leave lubbock. read more

My niece wanted to go here. I was pleasantly surprised. The wings were really good. She got the lemon pepper wings and fries. I tried the Cajun corn. It was just ok. The Cajun seasoning didn't really add to it. I actually ended up scraping as much off as possible. The wings were crispy and flavorful. The fries were the hand cut type fries with a Cajun seasoning. Last night could have possible been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Besides getting our order wrong and then never getting our food. Upon telling the Wingstop crew I was then interrogated and questioned and was finally able to get my food when I asked for a refund. The food was okay, my wife ordered the Louisiana rub sauce and the wings were extremely salty to her taste. My brother and I walked into the store and the worker's are sitting on the counter that our food is prepared on . The cook and the csr where on their phones and not enthusiastic about working.
