I placed my order at 5:30 for a 7pm pickup.... The order was15 minutes late... which could be ignored because they had a steady flow of Door dashers and other pickups as well as people dining in. The problem is the wings were terrible. Absolutely no flavor at all. We ordered 20 bone in - 10 bbq, 5 regular and 5 Buffalo. My son said that his bbq were good, but when I saw them, they were not tossed in the sauce, but it looked as if old school bbq sauce was poured on top of baked wings. Ok they were his, so if he liked them fine with me. I asked for 3 of my wings.... He brought me what I thought were the Buffalo ones.... They had NO FLAVOR OF ANY Kind!! Even the sauce in the bottom of the container was tasteless. No Flavor at all... I couldn't even try the plain they looked so bad!!! Now the celery had flavor.... Not celery flavor though... the carrots were good and the fries simply ok. What hurts so badly is that we are on a struck budget, and dealing with some family illness... this meal was a treat during a very difficult time. I ordered hot honey rub, and cajun bone in wings, and it gave me horrible food poisoning. I was throwing up all night, and I pooped myself a few times because of how hard I was throwing up. It wasn't because it was to hot I can handle my heat, and the only way I was able to eat the wings was by dipping them in ranch. They had absolutely no flavor what so ever. We tried calling ahead and it went straight to voicemail that claimed they were busy on the phone with other customers. When we went inside no one was talking on the phone and it was off of the hook. The drinks were flat. The drink machine also appeared to be leaking and there was no wet floor sign. Organization was non existent where the lids and straws were and it was filthy. The food is descent, but nothing incredible. I've ordered from here personally and I deliver for DoorDash. (I'm in there at least 10 or so times a week, so I've observed these behaviors on multiple occasions.) Rarely have I ever encountered worse customer service. They are rude, inattentive, and refuse to smile, make eye contact, or even acknowledge you're at the counter. Just left there. Terrible service. I walk in and the lady behind the counter immediately says "it will be 45 minutes" No hello or welcome at all. I had a to go order so I stayed. DO NOT EAT HERE EVER. I ordered an 8 piece boneless combo, Hawaiian flavored. Simple enough order. I waited 30 minutes for my food to come out, it was busy so I didn't mind that much, frustrating but I understood. When I opened my to go box of wings (I ordered the food for dine in so not sure why I got a carry out version of my order) it was the wrong flavor of wings. I simply told them it was wrong and asked for the flavor of wings I originally ordered. She looked at me confused and looked at the wings confused and said "those aren't hawaiian?" NO THEY'RE NOT HAWAIIAN. But anyways, I simply responded with "no ma'am." She hesitantly took back the wings and handed them to someone in the kitchen to "remake." They call my name for the "new" wings and I go back to my table to eat them... THEY'RE THE SAME WINGS JUST WITH MORE SAUCE. I go to the counter and politely ask for a refund for the wings only, not the drink, not the fries. She says she'll get the manager. She instead grabs the kid from the kitchen that made my wings wrong, TWICE. I told him what the issue was and he was beyond confused. I asked him if it was the same chicken that I was served the first time and he said yes. I told him that's not what I ordered. He threw them away, remade the hawaiian wings (which were done in 30 seconds rather than 30 minutes), and I was never refunded. The new wings had next to no sauce on them. Placed a DoorDash Pickup order so it would be ready when we arrived. Got to the restaurant when it said it was ready, we were in a hurry and had been on the road for seven hours. They didn't have the sauce my son wanted so we changed it. I asked 2 to 3 times. "Is it ready?" Because we need to go and if it wasn't prepared I would have cancelled it and gone somewhere quicker. The kid at the front said that it was ready. 25 minutes later we got our order. While I was waiting, I witnessed everyone in the back cooking with no gloves on. One girl continuously wiping her nose and her mouth then returning to repair the food. I overheard a customer phone call to ask what kind of cooking oil they use. I understand those phone calls because I also have an allergy. The kid at the front desk asked someone in the back. who then proceeded to shrug her shoulders "I don't know." He then proceeds to tell the person that they cook with vegetable oil as a guess. Also, every single time a cup was handed to a customer his hands were inside of the cup. Fries always cold and soggy . The customer service is poor . I am a 5"0 120 pound woman and a large male employee aggressively came out to confront me because they wrote the wrong name down for my order (nowhere near my name ) and got angry because I did not know they thought they were calling me to pick up my food for carryout . We love wing stop. BUT their customer service here is very poor and the manager is very rude. We picked up Wingstop after Christmas shopping and drive home almost 20 miles away...only to find that we were given the WRONG order. I called and was told by the manager that our order was still there and we needed to bring the wrong order back and swap. I told her we had already driven 20 miles home and that coming back would mean another 40 mile round trip. I asked about comping our order and refunding our money and was told it was not their mistake. She said the best she could do would be an extra order of fries. I really like this particular Wingstop. I come here a lot more now that they've expanded and have ample sitting area. Their wings have consistently been super fresh and perfectly cooked. Kudos to the cooks for making them so good across different shifts (lunch, dinner, weekends). Please don't change and I'll keep coming back often. Customer service isn't bad and even though other reviews comment on their service, I haven't noticed anything really bad or worse than the local norm. Just order correctly and simply and you'll be ok. It would be helpful if they added trash cans so we can help toss out our trays when we're done. Customer service was poor. Cleanliness was poor. The place was busy and people could not sit down because over half the tables had trash still on them from people who had already left. Had the pleasure of cleaning my own table before I had to wait 40 minutes for the wings that me and one other person ordered. The wings finally came and they were good, however, the fries looked like they were a week old and had been dug out of a dumpster. Literally black and green. If I worked there and looked down and saw the fries that I was about to serve another human were black and green, I would slap myself for even almost putting them in front of someone to eat. I used to love Wingstop. However, I'm tired of my order being incorrect and the horribly rude young man that works there. The server (who seems to be there each time I've been), is not familiar with the menu (you literally have to argue with him regarding what actually comes with each order). In the last two visits, I have picked up my order, returned home, and discovered it was wrong. Getting them to fix their mistake practically takes an act of Congress.
