Worst experience at a wing stop. I waited over 45 minutes for wings I was told I'd get in 16-18 minutes. I get that restaurants get backed up but be upfront about it and give accurate wait times. After about 30 minutes I checked with the employee on the status to which I was told 5 more minutes and they will be out. 15 minutes later still noon wings. When I asked again they again said 5 more minutes, so I just asked for a refund. I was then told I needed to wait to get my refund because they were working on fries. C'com get it together. She had no gloves on, and was not properly wearing her mask. She had it hanging below her chin. Placed an online order. I go to pick it up the cashier charges me then says something to co-worker and goes to the back. So I assume my order is not ready and take a seat to wait and wait and wait.. all the while people are coming in and picking up their orders. I start making eye contact with the original cashier that charged me who is now packing orders in the back. She just stares at me with a blank expression. So when she comes to the front again I ask her if my order was ready. She then asks for my name and looks on the rack and it's been sitting there the WHOLE time!
