Pretty good Wing Stop. The employees there are always friendly and it's not very crowded. Food tastes good each time I've ordered it and I haven't had any issues. Hopefully they continue upkeep of the place, but overall I'm pleased and will most likely continue to visit this location. read more

If Yelp had 0 stars, that's exactly what this "establishment" would deserve. The workers are unorganized, HAVE SO MUCH ATTITUDE, & they're all on different pages. I'm not sure if all these people are "trained" by the same person, but damn, they really need some help. I asked for my ranch and was given attitude because the cashier ASSUMED my order. "Just so you know for next time, we NEVER give Ranch with just wings, ONLY combos." I LITERALLY ORDERED 2 COMBOS. Not to mention, they took like 25 minutes to just prepare 5 wings, & 1 order of veggie sticks my friend had ordered. When we had entered, there was no line, no wait. Then when my name was said wrong when yelled aloud, I corrected the girl & she gave a fake smile and whispered something to her coworker. Put in an online order. Pick up time is 7:24 pm. Paid our order at 7:19. It is now 7:43 and or order had been sitting in the "online rack" because the cashier forgot to put paid on our order when it was sitti here since the moment we paid for it. As an old shift lead for the company I know rules are to check the rack to see if order was done. I am now sitting here waiting for my order for more than half an ho it while the cashier and shift lead where seen just talking picking at their backs without washing their hands and handling the food afterwords. read more

The wing stop located in Maywood has ok service but the food here is gross. It's a jackpot and your lucky if you recieve fresh food. I went a few days ago and the wings were disgusting, dry, chewy and overcooked! Even the fries were super greasy and seems like the oil had not been changed. Who knows maybe the fries were reheated too! By far the worst food from a wing stop place SAVE YOUR MONEY.... and the cherry on top was one of the staff members in the back where food was prepped was not wearing A MASK!!!!!! read more

I have honestly been a fan of wingstop since day 1, but after yesterday's experience I don't ever want to go back. For starters I got there 3 min before my wings were suppose to be ready. The place was completely empty and so I assumed it'd be in and out. It took a couple of minutes before anyone even came to attend me and when someone finally did she looked at me confused and walked away. She then came back two minutes later still looking confused and asked what my order was. When I gave it to her she said it still wasn't ready and so she gave me my cups to fill. I take my cups and go to the machine to get my drinks and as I do that it SPLASHES me everywhere. I originally got fruit punch and so the red food coloring stained my sweater and hand. The employee saw and suggested I aim the cup higher since it wasn't working. At this point I taste the fruit punch and it tasted completely bitter and so I went with a different choice thinking it'd be better, but no. I ended up getting drinks that were undrinkable. I then resume to sit down to wait for my order and after about 10 min they call my name and hand me over the SAME bag that had already been there when we got there. I drive home which is nothing longer than a 5 minute drive and my order is COMPLETELY COLD. Thinking it can't get any worse the wings we were given were tiny. I've been coming here for over 10 years so I know how big the wings usually are. After yesterday I will not recommend anyone coming here! read more

First of all I want to start off with this place has the best wings I ever had..To top it off omg the ranch is heaven..so on 8/31/21 @11:25 pm I came in and placed my order .The manager helped me out because your cashier's were busy..she was a lovely girl very kind and professional took her time with my order and repeated it to me ... everything was correct ..she offered me free fries if I did a survey..I told her next time .. So I waited inside the store for my order..I seen a customer storm right in really upset asking to speak to a manager ...The manager was the kind girl who took my order..she ask the customer what's wrong and all I hear was these fuckers always messing up my order. The manager apologize to the customer and offer to remake her food.The customer was still going off on the manager but the manager kept on apologizing and got her food out less than 5 minutes. I didn't want to do a review but I had to because I very impressed on how professional the manager handled that situation. At the end I wanted to get her name but she was busy.I just want to say good job because I would of went off on her... we need people like her that is very patient. read more
