We ordered a medium supreme pizza with no sausage. Tell me, dear reader, does an oval, small shaped, and cold pizza with sausage seem worth $33 and a 45 minute wait? The crust was also wildly inconsistent, at some parts it was extremely thin and other parts thick and doughy. You must be kidding. $32 for a large veggie with pepperoni that has zero flavor. Cupped pepperonis tasted like a hot spicy chemical. Almost no sauce, tiny amount of cheese. I was just charged by Monroe pizza hut. I received an error message that prompted me to call the store directly to ensure my order went through. I hope with the rudest, young male, that would not provide his name. He was blasting music into the phone the entire conversation. I asked if my order went through. He said no. He also let me know this is a known issue today and he just works at the store, he doesn't know why it's happening. I asked him to make sure I was refunded since I was charged, yet the order didn't go through. He said he can't and to call.my bank to dispute it....what????? I told his thats an exceptionally poor suggestion and that I should have to report a fraud charge. He didn't care. I asked what is corporates number, he said look it up online....Very rude, poor customer service. I asked him for his name and position, he hung up on me. I am contacting the better business bureau and the Washington state attorney generals office to report this illegal activity. That young man should be reprimanded, at best. read more

It's 5:30 and their doors locked with a hand written note that they're closed due to being short staffed... gal opens the door and says they're only taking online orders because they don't have enough people. An orders an order ‍ weather it's in person or online, it's not like they're slam packed!!! We've literally seen one person pick up a pizza! I was happy to see Pizza Hut come to Monroe and join our many pizza places. The office I worked at in Bellevue had one down the street and we lunched there frequently. They are take out/delivery only, a couple of chairs if you're waiting for your order but no tables. There are Masks Required and Social Distancing signs on the door, and all employees were masked when we were there. Yay, as my Mr. has asthma and is high-risk. Employees were friendly and efficient. Pizza was just coming out of the oven, along with a chocolate chip cookie. Great smells on the way home! Pizza was cooked well, all toppings present, and the crust was delicious. HEALTH HAZARD I went into the new Pizza Hut in Monroe yesterday afternoon because I love supporting new businesses and since my oven was a hundred miles away this seemed like a great option. Upon entering, I saw that the employee (blond female) was accepting cash from a customer in front of me. She proceeded to count the money, then operate the register, then hand over pizza, answer the phone, fumble around for a pen and then without washing her hands stick her UNGLOVED BARE hands into multiple pizza topping containers! We are talking meat and cheese toppings, two major no-no's for cross contamination. As a culinary professional, I was greatly disturbed to see this happen especially during a global pandemic. This business is new, and needs to get it together! As one of the top questions on a simple $10 food handlers permit test, this simple task should not have been overlooked. Money is FILTY. Cash registers are FILTY. Her finger nails were long and probably full of germs . I did a 180° and left. Never would I ever order food from an establishment that neglects so many important health hazards and risks that could make a lot of people very sick. I implore the ownership and management to make sure their employees are properly trained so that people don't end up in the hospital from either food poisoning or Covid. read more

I was really happy to see Pizza Hut come to Monroe. The first couple times we ordered it was great. The last 2 times was AWFUL. 2 times in a row we got raw pizza. This time I even asked them to please ensure our pizza was thoroughly cooked, especially in the middle. Once again...RAW PIZZA! There is nothing worse than grabbing a piece of pizza and have it be as limp as spaghetti. We had to put the entire pizza in the oven to finish cooking it. I ordered $80 worth of food!! We were staying in a Monroe hotel, senior citizens, exhausted and just wanted to get a pizza delivered. We ordered 2 sausage and pepperoni pizzas with gluten free crust. The pizzas were small as expected, (12 inch) but we did expect that there would be some topping. 10 paper thin pieces of pepperoni and 8 to 10 small marble size pieces of sausage. very thin layer of cheese. Nothing like the ads with cheese stretching as you lift the crust. The worse pizza we have ever had, and very disappointing end to our first outing in 18 months. Ordered two pizzas and double order of cheesy breadsticks last night. One of the pizzas didn't have that much cheese on it , meaning there were spots on the pizza that you just saw sauce throughout the pizza. The breadsticks were over cooked and hard.
