Normally I love Dominoes but they dangerously messed up my order! I'm allergic to jalapeños! I ordered a custom chicken alfredo pizza and while I was eating it, I bit into a piece of jalapeño!!! I'm lucky that when I ate it at home, I spit it out quickly and had my allergy medicine within reach! If I had a deadly allergy, they could've potentially killed me and my baby (I'm pregnant) but thankfully I have a mild non-deadly allergy that causes my throat to swell a bit and intense burning in my stomach that can cause vomiting. They are supposed to pay attention to what they are doing and double check orders but they clearly didn't. I called up and told them and they said they'll give me a fresh new pizza and a refund but I'm still nervous about the new pizza. Before I write this review, I will say that they did eventually make it right...it's just that sadly, sometimes what you did to make it better isn't enough to offset the inconvenience that was experienced by the customer. We ordered a pizza on a Friday night and after about 45 minutes, the driver arrived. He pulled the box out of the bag and it was just completely smashed like someone had dropped a bowling ball on it. I opened it up inside and verified that it was not something I was gonna serve to my family. I flagged down the driver before he was able to drive away and I showed him. He acknowledged that it was unacceptable, so I gave it back to him and said, and I quote, "Okay, well you are gonna take this back and make it right?" and he said "Yes!", and I went inside and told my family that we'd have to wait a little while longer. 45 more minutes passed and I decided that it while it was a busy Friday night, clearly, it was time to check up on what it's status was. I got a young man on the phone who wasn't a manager, but had "managerial authorization" and he was just totally lost as to what happened. I told him the story and gave him the name of the driver and I could hear him asking the driver what happened and he just said, simply, "I refunded it!" (except he didn't! more on that later). So....that's it? You guys smash a pizza to paste to the point that when you lift the pizza box lid, it looks like you are peeling apart a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and you just refunded it? Driver: I ordered a pizza. The pizza did not come to me in an edible state. The answer is not to refund the pizza and let us try to find something new for dinner. The answer of "making it right" is going back, putting a new pizza in the oven, and then any extra stuff you wanna do is on top of that (but not required!). I just want what I ordered and I feel like that is somewhat common sense. When the order is ruined, you still need to fulfill the order! So anyway, the manager-like person on the phone was noticeably upset and said he'd fix it. And it was fixed, but it still took almost an hour to get the replacement. I called back again to see the status about 5 minutes before it arrived and was told "yeah boss, its just a really busy night tonight, everyone's waiting like 45 minutes for their pizza". The thing is, I used to work at a Pizza Hut as a kid and I remember how we operated business. When you have a mistake that needs to be remade, you don't just add that ticket to the end of the other new tickets. You go back, you skip the new orders, you make a new pizza and get it in the oven immediately. You also keep an eye on the oven and pull it out as soon as its ready and get it out to the driver, who then in turn does NOT just add it to the end of their queue to deliver last. You get it out to the customer as soon as absolutely possible, because they've already been waiting! I ordered the pizza originally at about 5:00 and I am not exaggerating when I say that we did not finally get our pizza and eat until 7:30. Oh yeah, and the "refund" that I got? It wasn't a refund, it was just giving me points on the Dominos loyalty program for a free pizza on a future visit (which has restrictions, of course). Absolutely worthless to me, because I won't make use of that anytime soon. Domino's, that was a REALLY bad experience. They get an E for effort, but they made a lot of wrong choices this time. This place is trash. Their drivers consistently deliver pizzas to my house when anyone in my neighborhood orders a pizza. They don't even bother double checking the address, so I end up delivering their pizzas to my neighbors for them constantly. When I had enough and called to complain, the lady on the phone yelled and hung up on me as if it was my fault. I called back and was left on hold forever. I'm done delivering their pizzas for them. CHECK THE ADDRESS ON THE HOUSE. It's not hard. If they drop off pizzas at my door anymore, I'll leave them until morning and toss them in the trash the next day. Dominoes Pizza in Monroe- you guys have Such an amazing heart and excellent customer service! My brother has started a mission to end hunger in the homeless community of Snohomish county through an organization called "Are You Hungry". At 3am, my mom makes pizza and other hot foods to deliver at 6 am to various shelters and spots for the homeless around Everett/Snohomish. They needed pizza boxes to deliver the pizzas so they called up some local shops to see if any would donate boxes. Despite being low on their own inventory of boxes, they said sure they would donate and to stop by to pick them up. I totally support businesses that help the community and you should too! Domino's is a guilty pleasure. It's ridiculously salty and greasy, but in a way you expect if you've been there before. It goes great with alcohol and no one at a party would hate you for bringing it. The pan pizza is the greasiest and heaviest, and the thin and Brooklyn style crusts are a little lighter. It's so cheap, too. Most of the time I barely even break $20 getting enough pizza for my wife, kids, and I... with leftovers for breakfast. This location is pretty efficient. However, twice now, it has taken about 10-20 mins more than they estimated to get my stuff and it was crazy-backed-up. But... Stuff happens. The employees don't ever seem particularly lively. I don't need to chit chat while picking up my pizza, but they also barely seem awake sometimes. They're all pretty young - so maybe that's just what you get. Dunno. Comparing Domino's to the others - they're about the same price as Pizza Hut (I think). Domino's actually tastes like food, though. Pizza Hut tastes plastic'y. Papa Johns is a little more expensive, but even more food-like on this sliding scale of edible stuff. Alfys is pretty equivelent to Papa John's, but with a local charm. Cathouse is the best in the area, with a higher price tag. For the price, you can't beat Domino's. read more

I'm glad that I have the recording I ordered 2 pizzas, I was waiting outside in my car for delivery. Tracking the order was easy. It showed that was done, and it should be for free if is not delivered in 2 minutes to my car, well it wasn't. When I shop her that was 2 minutes over The delivery time , the young lady's excuse was that my pizza just got out from oven. Well I didn't invented this system with free pizza if is not delivered under 2 minutes when the tracking was showing that was done. Do you remember a few decades ago when Dominos was terrible pizza and then they rebranded and were actually pretty decent? Yeah....all that is out the window. Apparently the thing at Dominos right now is to pour pools of garlic butter all over your pizza. So you end up with a pizza completely dripping in grease with such a strong garlic taste you can't taste anything else. To be honest, I'm not a garlic fan at all. In fact, lots of people aren't garlic fans. If I had wanted pools of garlic butter all over my pizza, I would have asked for it. Combine that with a pizza so undercooked that the cheese still looks like individual cheese shreds and you have an experience that will send you running for the nearest barf bag. Ordered online and was supposed to get a text or email within 20-30 minutes when my order was ready. Waited an hour and no text. Drove to store and pizza was ready so they handed it to me, got home and it wasn't at all what I ordered. I ordered a pan pepperoni 1/2 no cheese and 1/2 easy cheese, and received a regular crust pizza with what appeared to be extra cheese and it was barely cut. We are lactose intolerant and ended up just throwing it away. Disappointing as I live quite a ways out of town and we didn't have any dinner when I got home. Pizza is always mediocre. Same with anything else you buy. My Mediterranean sandwich had two leaves of spinach, uncrumbled giant balls of feta and half the sandwich didn't have anything on it. Summary: They charged me for pizzas (plus tip) that they never delivered! The pizza at this Domino's has been hit or miss. Sometimes really well made, but sometimes disappointing. In the past I've had pizzas with multiple holes of no cheese or toppings, no pepperoni on some of the pepperoni pizza slices, etc. That said the pizza is typically pretty good. Today I was pretty disappointed with delivery. My order went to someone down the block and so when the delivery driver arrived at my house he didn't have my pizza. That I understand. I waited 20 minutes for more info on what they were going to do, and then called the store. After being on hold for 10 minutes I was told that my pizzas were about to go in the oven and that it would be 45 minutes before they were delivered. That delivery time would have been more then two hours after I placed the order and after kids had gone to bed. I explained that I was quite disappointed that they did not prioritize getting back out an order that they had messed up. I cancelled the order as it was going to arrive way too late for us. Days later I got a charge on my credit card for the pizzas plus tip! I went in to talk to the manager and was told that no one was there who could resolve my issue and that someone would call me. My husband and I have bought pizza here many many times and it's always been made so well! Tonight when I arrived to pick up my order the girl working was looking at it a tad confused. She brought it over and said one of our large pizza was made as a medium on accident by someone and she apologized and offered to remake it really quick. She seemed not to mind at all, and I took her offer since we specifically used a coupon for a large. It took less than 10 minutes and I had no probably waiting. When I came back in another employee greeted me and was very welcoming and kind. I thanked the girl for remaking my order and they let me take both home. They were all very kind and mistakes happen because we are human! A great place for yummy pizza and I appreciate all of them so much! Avoid the Noid people. I was excited when they offered a $5.99 coupon for a medium 2 topping pizza. I mean at that price it's a steal. But buyer beware!!! They upcharged the pizza to $7.99 because I chose select toppings. These were what were offered on the build your pizza and there were no distinctions about which toppings were select and which were included in the $5.99 price. I chose the curbside pick up. This is available post covid for people to prepay and they deliver to you within 2 minutes of you texting you are there. Also divulged is your car make, model, and color and you distinguish my putting on your hazzard lights. I texted "here" and the pizza did not come within the specified 2 mins. I was half paying attention while waiting but they offer a countdown so the anticipation was there. After I asked the young man that came out about not being there and missing their countdown he did not seem interested. I had to explain to him about their guarantee and this countdown they gave to me. I asked to speak with a manager sensing maybe some corrective action needed to be done about this false countdown and he said my free pizza should come via email. I could care less about the free pizza honestly. My point to the manager was don't have a guarantee if you have no intention of honoring it. The pizza itself was real meager on toppings and cheese. The ease of ordering food via phone is fine. Credit Card reader broken. No major problem, cashier just typed in the #. Speed that it takes to prepare the food is as expected. The reason for the low rating? Once the order was completed it sat on the shelf in clear view. I had to shout to the three employees standing in the back looking at their phones laughing. They were so self absorbed that they either couldn't hear me or they just ignored me (about 20' away, I'll let you judge) One of the employees actually working on making an order had to stop to give me my food. I asked if she could get the manager. Low and behold, the manager was one of the three slackers standing in the back.
