Very happy with the food and service. Restaurant seemed clean. Food was fresh. If you dine in, you can only take one bowl, with the items of your choice, up to be cooked at a time, but you can have as many bowls as you want all for the same price. Gluten-free rice noodles available as well. We felt it was a good value, especially because we got to choose exactly what we wanted. We would definitely return.

There's a lot choices to eat. You'll have no problem filling your bowl. If you heap it right you'll easily get 2 meals out of your single trip through the line. I really like that you get soup and rice to go with the meal. Another thing I really like about this mongolian grill over others is that there's extra sauce to add to your meal after it is grilled.

Beef with noodles. One bowl worth.

We kept having to swat all of the flies away. The food was well below average. We won't be eating anything here again.

I love Mongolian Grill and so few of them exist these days. I frequent the Hot Iron in Mill Creek,…read moreI've also been to the one in Monroe. I think this one is now my least favorite, but still worth a stop if you are in the area. Lots of easy parking, all you can eat for a semi affordable price and lots of good options to make your food exactly to your liking. Do be aware that there are no lunch prices on weekends and that if you are choosing to do take out, its by weight here which would get really pricey fast. My partner did not love this one as much and seems to not want to return back. He's been upset about the changing of how you sauce your food since covid, it's so hard to get a decent amount of garlic and ginger on your food these days. I really appreciate that they offer the things I require for my Mongolian Grill which are tofu, black olives and cilantro, these are not options at every place and really make me want to return here over and over again. It is also nice that they discourage you from standing around while your food is being cooked and want you to go sit down at your table to wait. I appreciate this, but do notice that this means your food might be up there waiting for your for a minute and they don't want you to grab it. The ambiance here is nothing special. It was busy on my last visit as there was a large birthday celebration at a table nearby.

Little plastic dixie cups do drink your can of soda from. The wife I had twice as much meat and twice as much vegetables in the food she handed to the "cook". But both our plates looked the same after cooking. They must skim some of the meat off that you give them to cook for you. The sound of the guy cooking on the flat top sounds like you're in a 1800s blacksmith shop. The water bottle looked dirty. The soy sauce bottle spout looked grimy with some form of crud. The top of the black pepper shaker had something wiped on it. The nearby light fixture had some grime all over it. And the lovely desert which was a tablespoon of ice cream, served with a baby doll miniature spoon had some kind of mysterious substance on the outside of the cup. I've heard the milk creek location is much nicer.

You basically choose all your veggies, noodles and sauce, then choose your meat and then when they finish cooking it, you choose your rice and sauce. The ingredients looks fresh and the place looks very clean. I love the seating near the window so you can eat and people watch. Beef with Moggol Curry Sauce (3/5) The veggies and noodles were cooked fresh and well but it just lacked flavor. That was partially my fault because I didn't add enough sauce during the ingredients picking phase and that's where this super customization can be a double edged sword. There's tons of sauces like garlic oil, chili oil, soy sauce, ginger sauce, salt, sugar (and a bunch of others I couldn't remember) and I really didn't know what combination was best to pick so I just sort of went with my intuition but I definitely did not put enough. The beef is the ultimate let down though. It was tough, chewy. and dry and was not pleasant to eat and after chewing several times I decided to just skip eating it. This is not an inexpensive dish and at $17.20 for a regular, I expected better quality meat. I also wish there's an option where they decide what sauce to put into your bowl to make it flavorful. Also another suggestion to the owner, please provide spoons. It's strange that there's chopsticks and forks for utensils but no spoons considering this is a rice dish.

We came here for Mongolian grill and we got Mongolian grill!!…read more It seems like the "trick" here was to pile up the veggies first, then pile on the noodles after (because it doesn't fall over as easily. People were getting extremely tall "bowls" of food. The protein, the staff adds rather than us. Note for myself next time: add a LOT more sauce than the board recommends. They gave a shocking amount of meat (clearly not a sentiment shared by everyone in the comments, but I was astounded by how they really shoved the chicken into that container) and rice! When I come again I might skip the noodles and do a veggie meat stir fry to eat just with the rice. Also, I like the side sauce bar! I enjoyed pouring the Mongolian sauce over everything after it was cooked :D Also, this was delicious as leftovers, highly recommend.

The restaurant is spacious, bright, and always clean. The ingredient/food choices are always fresh and appealing to the eye. The sauce choices are also adequate... diluted a bit but they still result in a flavorful dish. One of the things I enjoy is the table of "finishing sauces" that you can add after your dish comes off the grill. Downside, it's not all you can eat, $15 gets you a good size bowl that you can fill as tall as you like and you get 1 protein included. And you can carry out leftovers (I always seem to have e leftovers).

Went in before the dinner hour, and everything was very self-explanatory. There are two portion sizes... Large and child. You pick the appropriate bowl and start filling it with vegetables, rice or noodles. Apply seasonings and sauces and then hand it to the attendant. They then prepare it for you on a large heated surface and it only takes about five minutes. Your entrée is returned to you on a plate and you can top it off with several sauces. The vegetables were fresh and delicious and they even included plastic gloves to use while you were handling tongs to put the ingredients in your bowl. Very nice touch. The lobby itself was spotless. Not more than 10 minutes after coming in. Two larger parties came in after me and they filled up the dining room. Attendance were very quick to remove used dishes from tables and wipe everything down. Overall, a great experience and value for the money. Highly recommend.

The veggies are fresh and the sauces really do help the flavor. Take advice from some of the sauce combo recipes they have on the boards. You fill up your bowl, hand it to the very nice assistant, they add your meat of choice and cook it on the flat iron. It becomes ready to pick up in about 10min. They ask you if you want a portion of rice too (free). They have great finishing sauces as well. Even the biggest eaters in my family can't finish their first plate so buying All You Can Eat isn't the best choice in my opinion. I will never get AYCE again. (Probably a $5 price difference.) If you buy the large instead of AYCE you can at least take your leftovers home. You cannot take ANY leftovers home if you buy AYCE. I think you get a free drink with a large order too. To not waste food...and if I was the owner/manager I'd make a rule that if you bought AYCE but still only got one bowl/plate of food then you can take your leftovers home. Or maybe charge $5 for a to-go box but you can only buy one additional to-go box with every AYCE purchase. Seeing all the food go to waste made me sad.
