We have been wing stop enthusiasts for a good minute now. We've been to some good ones, some bad ones. And some terrible ones. This one we've been to twice now and so far it's been great. The wings are crispy the veggies are fresh and the ranch is cold. The location is great right next to Costco and aldi where we love to shop. The customer service is great too! Got a to go order of boneless wings and they were actually good boneless wings. We had both good service and decent size pieces. They said about 30 minutes only had to wait about 15 minutes that's nothing compared to other wingstops. Definitely will be coming back. read more

Ate here while traveling, new location and one of the only things open at night. I have never tried the boneless wings before and they are fantastic. The lemon pepper was awesome! This location is fairly new in Moreno Valley and let me tell you I've already placed 3 orders with them and different times and every single time they have gotten my order wrong either it's missing something or got the wrong flavor. But today was just the cherry on top...plastic on my wings???? Had issue: received wrong order. I have email with order and pic showing the error. Didn't even a receipt either so I can't do survey and give feedback. Was told to go back to get order fixed or get store credit. I said I'll do store credit and then they were trying to give me only 5 wings. I then was trying to talk to manager and was told to call back b/c he was busy. I told the employee that an apology was more than sufficient more than the food but they don't know how to deal with clients. I come to wingstop almost every week and their customer service is always spot on even when they are short staff you can always see them kicking ass in the back and working together as a team. New location, inside is pretty clean. My main problem is that you usually have to wait a long time for your order, even if it's placed in advance. Some employees are nice but the majority of them seem like they don't want to be there. Came here a few nights ago to pick up an order that was already supposed to be ready, but I still had to wait 20 more minutes for it after arriving when the store wasn't even busy.
