My most recent experience was an online order and I arrived 10-15 minutes after my promised time and my order wasn't even ready. There were no customers there and I was the only person in the store. Then when I got home we found our sandwiches had the wrong bread, wrong ingredients, and didn't have any oil or moisture. I called to speak with manager. Called four times. Each time left my phone number for a call back. No one called back. Finally on the 5th day I get a manager snd processing my concerns was extremely difficult. She was questioning me and my experience. Refused a refund and I had to tell the manager to look at security cameras. She said she would and corporate would contact me. 5 minutes later she called back and said willing give me partial refund. Partial? I asked for a full refund. Entire order was messed up.
