We would definitely get that again but to split lol. We ordered the regular penne vodka which was also huge but it was good! The pastas come with garlic bread by the way. We prefer the chicken parm though for sure. Lastly we tried the hot honey pepperoni pizza which again tasted so good! But by this time, we were going to explode. We took everything home of course. Our two little ones had the kids fettuccine and a cheese slide lol even the kids portions are huge! They were a hit for them. Friends and I were near by at the Hot Spring and wanted to try something off the resort and found this place. It's a chill vibe. Delicious Italian food with country music playing. We loved it. The portion sizes are big and we share each plate. We had the Da Scalla Italian Chopped salad and the Chicken Parm Vodka Fettucini Alfredo. I had a very frustrating experience at this business and will not be returning. When I arrived, the staff was busy, so I patiently waited my turn. Once I was helped, I ordered a single slice of cheesecake, paid for it, and expected the transaction to be completed. The cheesecake I ordered was literally sitting in the display case right next to the employee assisting me. Instead of simply handing me the slice of cheesecake I had already paid for, the employee chose to stop helping me and begin taking the order of the customer who had entered after I did. This customer proceeded to read off a lengthy list of items while I stood there waiting for an order that should have taken only seconds to complete. I don't understand the logic of interrupting a completed transaction to start a new one, especially when all that remained was handing me a single slice of cheesecake. Basic customer service dictates that you finish helping the customer you're currently serving before moving on to the next person. After realizing I was expected to continue waiting while another customer's order was taken, I asked for a refund. The staff returned my money, but by that point the experience had already left a poor impression. This could have been avoided with simple attention to customer service and respect for customers' time. Unfortunately, they lost a customer over what should have been a very quick and easy transaction. read more

The changing table is placed directly next to the sink, and while I was changing her a man was standing there washing his hands. There was virtually no privacy, which made the situation very uncomfortable. As a mother, I believe there should be more privacy for women and little girls when using the restroom or changing a baby.
