I find myself reading a lot of these reviews and I do wonder if we're eating at the same store. I frequent this store a lot. Either in the morning or night when I am out and it is near my house. Or even when I am home I DoorDash here too. I never find my order messed up or incorrect in any way. And the staff too is incredibly kind too and I see a lot of familiar faces too each time I walk through those doors. Each flavor on the menu is really good and I find myself trying something new each time but my favorite is the mild sauce if you've never tried it. Recently though a team member recommended me Louisiana Rub and it is great too. I thanked them for helping me find a new favorite flavor. I will say my only negative can be the wait time. They say 18 but unfortunately it can be longer and sometimes it can hit that 25 minute mark. Especially if you place an order in store. Sitting outside at the tables or inside the store chairs can make it feel like a lifetime in the store but it is something that can't be helped and I understand the store is near a school with games every week and it can be busy at times. My personal cheat code is go relatively early. Wings in the morning sounds weird but each time I go early they will never mess up and the wings taste the most fresh. read more

Ordered online today, I walked into the store and every single worker was in the back, I believe two people were actively cooking the food which was fine but the girls were in the back hooting and hollering. They did say ordering through the automated voice system is the problem. They said the automated system often heard the orders wrong. My family and I traveled to this town for my sons travel ball team & had a two hour gap in between games so we decided to eat some wings and come here because who doesn't love wingstop? Well no matter how great the food is, the service is always what matters most. The team here were great! UNTIL after I showed them proof of completing a survey. Deandre took our order and I loved his energy - but again, only up until after completing an amazing survey on him. They were all completely different people. Rude & smart asses. The large fries we ordered were like an order of small fries, and the small fries were like an extra small order. Very skimpy. So I told my husband to go in and ask them for more since they're new and all & we've been to plenty of wingstops. So he went in and asked one of the girls working, "I'm not sure if this is how you guys serve them but to me they seem to be way less than usual.." & her response was, "no that's how they are" looking him up and down with an attitude. Shes lucky he went in there because I am nice up until you give me a reason not to be because my response would have been way different than his. He just said, "ok well you guys forgot to give us our sides of cheese." & went back in line to where deandre was to switch out the brownie he gave us for completing the survey and asked for fries instead since that's how they serve them. He walked back with the same fries & the sides they forgot to give us & went back inside to wait for the other fries. He stood there for about 10 minutes while we were eating. We couldn't wait for him to eat because the eating area is outside and it was a cold day. The last thing we wanted was for our food to be cold. I rushed to eat a few before having to go inside to tell my husband to go out and eat his food. I had to ask for the fries again & you can tell they were bothered. Had I known it was all a front, I would have not completed a great survey and I would have chosen a different place for my family and I to eat at.
