My son recommended Wingstop for lunch, placed an order for pick-up and when he got home we were missing all the sauces for our family order. He had to go back out and pick up the items leaving us with food that got cold and needed to be reheated. Do not order takeout from the naperville location. They never get the order correct, charge you full price and only put half the food in the bag. Manager is unapologetic and unwilling to make things right. It has happened time and time again. So my experience was great. The food is really good I love the boneless wings. The fries were ok today they really changed them. The only reason why I gave this a 4 star is the wait. DO NOT eat at this Wingstop on Route 59 in Naperville. My child use to work there and on several occasions witnessed the COOK dropping food on the floor, recooking it and serving it to customers. Beware!!! To start, We loved this place...Close to home and their wings are better than anything we've had outside of Chicago. However, after we place an online credit card order, we've had over $2000 of unauthorized transactions on our credit card charged to Texas addresses. We're very careful of where we use credit cards and compartmentalize credit card use exactly for this type of scenario. The card was cancelled and we're not liable but I called their Corporate offices located in **drum roll* *Texas to let them know that there might be a problem with their credit handling procedures. I talked to a manager named Thomas and when i relayed what had happened he chuckled and said thanks for letting us know. No "sorry that happened" or "can I take your info so we can investigate this." To me that speaks to a total disregard for customers. So, be warned when using Credit cards at this location. read more

I love Wingstop wings and they are perfect for when I'm going to hang out with the guys! Tons of delicious flavors and the boneless wings are just as delicious as the bone in! My only complaint is that the wings are relatively expensive and at the location that I was at, the staff was incredibly rude. I ordered online and when I went in the staff informed me that the coupon that I intended to use was not valid at that location. Luckily I threw enough of a fit that they gave me a discount anyway but I felt very offended. I work at MOD Pizza and at MOD we do everything in our power to make the customer happy, even if they have a coupon that we don't think is valid. The customer is always right and if you are completely unable to give the discount then it is important to give the most sincere apology. I saw this place driving by and checked Yelp for reviews and decided I had to try it. I had the boneless "wings" (chicken strips) meal with fries and a drink. When I see boneless wings, I usually think of chicken nuggets in wing sauce, these were chicken strips in wing sauce, no big deal but it was different than what I expected. I ordered the wings hot, but they weren't that hot, more like medium. I didn't like the sauce that much, it was just ok, but it tasted more like a pepper sauce than wing sauce. The fries were fine, but a little undercooked. I definitely like the boneless wings at Buffalo Wild Wings better and they don't cost much more. We purchased a coupon pack from Metea Valley High School athletics that contained a coupon for 10 wings free with the purchase of 20 wings and 2 drinks. So we ordered the Bulls Double Pack - 20 wings, 2 drinks and 2 fries. When my husband went to pick up our order, he was told he couldn't have the 10 wings free. Hello... we just ordered 20 wings and 2 drinks. And the coupon was for a charity fundraiser. Then the guy behind the counter took the coupon without giving us the 10 wings. The wings were TINY, about 2 bites each. The fries were cold, over-salted and tasted like they had been sprinkled with sugar. We would have complained about the guy taking the coupon, but since we won't be going back, it doesn't matter. read more

I've been coming here for about 5 years and their win have gotten a bit smaller but still the same great taste. I would recommend the spicy Korean bbq. They are so good. There was one time we're we asked for their blue cheese sauce and we did not receive any, so we compromised. But the wings were still good. I would recommend this place over Buffalo Wild Wings. Every time I've tried to go to BWW the service was terrible, and the food was disgusting, and overall a disappointment. Oh and the fries from wing stop are good to just want to keep eating them. One thing I would stay away from in my opinion at wing stop is the Parmesan wing those and really greasy. But overall wing stop is always my first pick for wings. read more

This location used to be my favorite but unfortunately as of lately they have really fallen off. Not sure if it's due to a change in Management and staff or what. I have received orders undercooked, & they take FOREVER to answer the phone. Like it has literally taken multiple calls un a time span of 30 minutes to get an answer. Their boneless strips are a decent size, not a fan of their regular wings though. The cajun, lemon pepper and original sauces are good. The fries however are terrible. If you dine in, they are ok, otherwise expect just a soggy mess when you get them home. Also, their Atomic flavor is absolutely disgusting. This has always been one of my favorite wing stop locations-more for how they cook the wings and fries. Today we ordered 40 wings to go from the family pack option. We get home and find out they shorted us 5 wings which makes a big difference with how everyone decided to split the portions. We call and let them know they shorted us so we also felt the right thing to do is order another 10 wings to give them business. We call back and ask if they can give us an additional 5 wings for the inconvenience of going back and the manager said no-only the 5 missing wings and I had to bring my receipt as proof. This place is a 10 minute drive from where we live and had to make the trip twice, wasting another 20 minutes just driving and he wouldn't give us 5 wings? Also, the wings and fries were sub par as well. Not sure what's going on with the management but the customer service needs a revamping. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Had the absolute worst experience with this location. I placed an online order at 3:00pm for pick up at 5:00pm. They wings were cold, not even warm when I picked them up at 5:00. They basically made the wings when I placed the online order and let them sit on the counter for 2 hours. Then they got my order wrong. When I home and opened the boxes, they had given me boneless wings instead of bone in. I called and explained the issue and they put me on hold and then hung up. When i tried to call back, they didn't answer the phone (like 4 times they let it ring off the hook) then I called from my house phone and they picked up on the first ring. I asked to speak to a manger and she said there is no manager today. Called corporate to issue a complaint and they are supposed to reach out to me and still have not heard a word. Loved going here with the throwers after practice, Korean BBQ was a fine addition to the menu and we were always served promptly and kindly by staff! Much more meat than BWW, all those fools saying "BWW is so much better" obviously like to eat wings with more breading than actual chicken. If you like meat this is the spot. read more
