The order system online was simple and easy to use with the ability to ask for good the way you liked it . We arrived as requested and we were told it went the complete . There were two young people working there and there was two windows with designations of whether you had ordered online or needed to order . My niece and I were the only people there and we were told we were at the wrong window . I thought that was unnecessary and our food came out shortly and we left . The Eatontown location was much better but Neptune is closer to my home. So I gave it a shot. My wings had barely any flavor to them. The takeout box was covered in grease. I ordered celery sticks instead of fries. The celery was browned on the ends and slimy to touch. Gross. Won't ever order from this location again. I loved Wingstop when the first opened in Neptune City. Now, it's gotten very bad. Wings very greasy with a puddle of grease in the container, the attitudes from staff is horrific and the wait time is so inaccurate, you might as well go across the parking lot to Stop and Shop, buy a package of wings and make them yourself at home.
