This review is specifically for the quality of food. My husband was the one who went and picked up takeout so I can't say much about service or location but he didn't have any complaints. We ordered the 12 wing combo with the hickory BBQ and classic hot. These wings are nice sized and the sauces were so good. I liked the seasoning on the fries but since we had takeout, of course they were super soggy. Had to take a star off due to how soggy they were. Worse Wing Stop in the New York/New Jersey area I ordered 30 lemon pepper wings they was raw and cold, you can tell they did not put them in the grease at all. I ordered extra crispy they was so soggy they was white and they put no sauce on it. I also order strips, the strips was soooooo hard I could not bite in to them and it was for my 3 year daughter who definitely could not bite into it. The large fries I ordered was cold and soggy also. I immediately contact the store when I received this garbage of a meal, they ensured me they will refund all of my money. Fries were good, but wings were just ok. It took almost an hour to get our order because they only have two guys in the kitchen and the girl at the register. She was fast and kept ringing up people, but that created confusion in the kitchen and a huge bottle neck. The floor and almost all the tables were really sticky (like my sandals kept getting stuck on the floor to the point it was challenging to walk and keep them on). She said she was the manager and that she was the only one working and would not refund me. I asked for district manager's number or regional in which she said they won't do anything for me. Very disappointed with my order earlier today. I decided to order wings and fries. I know deliveries normally take a little longer depending on distance but that is besides the point. My review is mainly because of how the ordered arrived and the quality of the food itself. The food came in a paper bag, once I opened the paper bag on top sat the french fries. They were completely exposed to air and can easily be touched in you put your hand inside of the bag. There was nothing covering the French fries. I noticed this is how they are served if your dining in but this was a delivery they should have been COVERED! At least put in the same type of container that the wings were in. When I finally took the fries out of the bag they were cold and soggy. I love French fries in general and these fries were disgusting, so disgusting that I was not going to reheat them and I would rather feed them to the birds. The wings were okay but by the time I received the food they were also cold. Not thrilled with my first time experience with this place and highly doubt I will order from here again. read more

Bone-in wings are a superior product. For me, a good wing is one where it is crispy but the meat is moist enough where the meat can come off biting it using only one hand. Not may wing places achieve this actually, but Wingstop does it perfect. Lemon pepper flavor is a dry seasoning. NEW RECENTLY OPENED- My girlfriend & I happened to pass by and see Wingstop was newly added. We love wings and were surprised how good they were. Service was great, they got the order right the first time and even double checked the bag before I left. While I happen to be waiting, Alfonso who I later found out was the manager he started to chat with me. He ask me what I thought about the establishment and was I big on wings. I stated "it's a nice looking place, low key and I love wings". After chatting for about 3 minutes, I then found out that he was the manager there. The vibe that I got from Wingstop was that they cared about their customers and wanted to provide the highest level of service. This is a great place and has a lot of life to it. All it needs now is great customers to match. Just like any new place. There are going to be some growing pains but one thing always stand true. Great management turns into great employees. It took over a half hour to get my food and when I got it the chicken was barely seasoned and the fries were soggy as hell. I ordered based on recommendation from a friend. I was at work and figured I would try this place for take home for dinner.
