I was genuinely shocked that the flavor was so good but they were not dried out and yet they had the correct amount of crispy on them. I also appreciate that these wings were tossed in sauce vs a sauce pours over top and left to sit in extra sayer maligning them slimy (very typical TX wing style). The pit master came to our table and asked how everything was and explained he's trying some new things with the wings, he introduced himself and asked for honest feedback.
