Texas Roadhouse will always be a favorite, we had a great waiter he was sweet and attentive and recommended the appetizer , we were skeptical but it was super delicious we devoured it , he was kind and updated us on our food and was probably the best service I had in any other Texas Roadhouse wish I would have gotten his name , we came on Thursday it was pretty busy but we didn't have to wait at all for a seat .

I ordered takeout from here at about 1 PM on a Saturday afternoon. I got a message saying it would be ready at 1:35. I arrived a few minutes early and waiting in my car and went to the window and was told they would text me when I was ready. I never received the text and waited another 15 minutes before going up to the window to get my food. The ribs were excellent and well cooked as well as the sweet potato. The salad was just OK nothing special about it. I did ask for no tomatoes which they did do. And of course, the rolls with the cinnamon butter were excellent as always. I would've given them five stars if it had not been such a long wait and they had actually texted me. I'll return because Texas roadhouse never disappoints

I was there tonight for late dinner while visiting family here in Haslet , TX. First time eating at this restaurant, I would like to try their Prime ribs but unfortunately, they run out of it. I tried their ribeye as per suggestion of the waitress, it didn't disappoint me, it was delicious and juicy, I opted the sweet potato and vegetable. Service is fast and she's so attentive. Ambience is truly a Texan. And who will forget about their famous bread. Love it! Price is right.

This us only the second time i have actually ate here and it's still good. This time i had the country fried chicken with cream gravy, a side of sauted mushrooms and steak fries. It was all so good with the mushrooms on top of the chicken. Yum. Sat at the bar this time and had a great time with Stephanie the bartender. Very helpful. The only thing i miss is the peanuts and peanut shells all over the floor.

In today's critical view of what is, or what isn't a steakhouse, It's always good to know that there are such the difference of what a steakhouse is compared to your BBQ house. TRH is a true steakhouse, no question. I took my wife and daughter to TRH for Valentine's, since my son is off to college, I like to treat my wife and daughter to a nice meal. I'm always critical of what the facilities look like before anything else, and the men's restroom had quite a bit of water splashed on the sink, and some debris on the floor, I didn't look that close. I had the herb crusted chicken, my wife had the NY steak, and my daughter had an appetizer. I totally get the fact that Valentine's night was going to be packed, you can't knock points for the joint literally packed and people bumping into you in the front entrance. That wasn't the issue. The young lady taking our order was rudely rushing us, and it was like we were bothering the her, and I get it, she probably had lot on her plate that night. She took our order and the food came out rather quickly, and after looking at our plates, it looked as if they were sitting under a heat lamp. I've seen better presentation at a Luby's cafeteria than how our meal was plated. It really was disappointing for the amount we paid for, and yes we were charged over $80 for this type of service. The chicken I ordered looked as if the grillman bit into it the corner, and plated it anyway as if they were doing me a favor, by gracing me with such delectable food. The grilled lemon was also thrown in to help cover the empty spaces on the plate. Chicken was not moist as one would like their chicken breast to be, veggies were veggies. The steak was mediocre at best, but i only had a couple thin slices. I will give credit to the passion that went into the diamond grill marks on the steak. All in all, my wife does like this spot for the steak, not for the service, and for the all you can eat rolls. No doubt any middle aged man knows, and accepts, and understands, Happy wife, Happy life.

I do not recall the last time I dined at a Texas Roadhouse. So when I saw one while running errands, I decided to dine here. Walking up to the entrance, I saw several folks waiting outside. So I was not surprised to see the waiting area was crowded. Rather than get on the waiting list for a table, I checked the bar area and saw several seats were available. Without being prompted, as soon as I sat down, the bartender handed me a menu and asked if I knew what I wanted to drink. I got a small Shiner Bock, but erred not asking if they had Sam Adams. I later discovered the Boston Lager was available in a bottle. Soon after serving the beer, she went to the kitchen to get their rolls. Unfortunately, I forgot how addictive the rolls were especially with the melted butter. I quickly devoured the three and thankfully was not asked if I wanted more. To my horror, the diner next to me asked if I wanted any of his. Fortunately, I had the willpower to decline. Rather than try to memorize it, she grabbed a napkin and wrote down my order: 8oz filet, baked sweet potato and buttered corn. The filet was cooked correctly. Because I ate all three rolls, I had enough room to finish the steak and the sweet potato. The corn was good but not sufficiently addictive to eat more than a few bites. For the price, I enjoyed the food & service. If I had the discipline to limit myself to one roll, I would have room for dessert.

We haven't been to a Texas Roadhouse in a few years and didn't have too high of expectations. But I was wrong ha! We were seated immediately and the hostess grabbed fresh, hot rolls for us to take to our table as we walked back there. I wanted to try to red raspberry lemonade, it's very sweet so make sure you have water to splash it down with. I enjoyed it though. We ordered the tater skins (yummmm!), grilled salmon and fried chicken with white gravy. Everything was delicious and timed right! A wonderful birthday lunch together.

I'd probably try and get a reservation if you are trying to get here during prime hours. Service was great. Seemed to have a good team atmosphere with waiters helping cover each others tables. Food came out quickly. They gave me the wrong side, but before I could even ask my waiter, they apologized and brought out the right one. So kudos for noticing it and fixing it. Good was very good! I had the steak Frites with the Brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked well and tasted great! Overall, good vibe, good location, good food. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Was happy to see a new(er) option in Roanoke that offers steak, and more specifically prime rib! I wasn't hungry enough for the prime rib when we stopped in, so I opted for the prime rib sandwich with fries. My wife had a tenderloin with veggies and potatoes. My prime rib was pretty good, perhaps more cheese would make it better, but overall the meat had good flavor and the roll was not soggy. My wife said the tenderloin was good and cooked to order (medium rare). Size was appropriate too. The sides were good too. Service was attentive and professional. They have large screen TVs throughout the location and a pretty large bar as well. Overall, I think this is the perfect balance between upscale dining and sport bar, especially on this strip of restaurants. I'd like to come back to try the prime rib sometime soon!

The music selection and volume were equally well done, balanced in a way that felt welcoming to every generation. At one point, I almost felt like I had stepped into the bar scene from *The Shining*, not in a creepy sense, but in that nostalgic, timeless atmosphere kind of way. The Old Fashioned was prepared exactly right, especially with my request for lighter bitters since I do not enjoy it overly sweet. Many places miss that balance, but they nailed it here. The charcuterie board was easily one of the best I have had. The mozzarella and white cheddar were perfectly portioned, fresh, and rich. The green apple slices tasted incredibly fresh, like they had just been picked from the orchards of Apple Hill in California. The honeycomb was a first for me on a board and made the experience especially memorable. The artwork throughout the space also adds a unique character that I always appreciate in a restaurant. The prosciutto was a little tough but still had good flavor, while the Calabrese was spot on. Service was professional and attentive, with frequent check-ins throughout the evening. My only recommendation would be for servers to introduce themselves, as that small touch makes the experience feel more personal and welcoming rather than simply transactional.

First, the overall service has consistently been lacking. The hostess at the front has never been particularly welcoming, and the service in general feels pretty disengaged. It's not necessarily outright rude - it just feels like there's no real effort, which sets the tone right away. We've noticed a big decline over the past 6-12 months. It used to be better, but lately it's just not the same. As for the food... it's simply not worth the price. We're talking $100+ tabs and leaving disappointed every time. This last visit really sealed it for us. I ordered something very simple, and my son got a basic chicken sandwich - chicken, bun, pickles, ketchup, cheese. It came out with a barely toasted bun and chicken that tasted like it had been fried in old grease. Not appetizing at all. We also ordered cheese fries, and they were undercooked and just drenched in queso - more like a bowl of cheese with fries tossed in, rather than properly melted, crispy cheese fries. This isn't a one-time experience either - we've tried several times hoping it would improve, and it just hasn't. If you're going for drinks and to watch a game, it might be okay. But for a full meal, especially at that price point, we wouldn't recommend it. Sadly, this last visit was enough for us - we won't be returning.

We generally avoid restaurants due to budget and had forgotten how affordable this place is. My spouse and I easily split a meal and the food was AMAZING. The kids meal had more than enough food for them and probably could have been split as well depending on their age. The service was quick as well. The highlight of our experience, however, was our server Ayanna. She was AMAZING. Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, quick, and professional. When I told her we're on a budget and asked the cheapest way to order the items myself and my husband wanted, she told me how I could order it differently and afford of the all food we wanted. She was readily available for refills and questions, mindful to ask when we wanted different food items to arrive, witty, quickly developed a great rapport both with the kids and the adults, and overall made our experience so much better than what we'd expected. Because of the food, affordability, and Ayanna's great service, we plan to return again soon. Also of note, Chaz the shift manager and the staff in the general store were all also friendly and welcoming and immediately helpful when approached. Highly recommend this location, 10/10 stars!
