I will start by saying I love wing stop. But is this place under new management??? Over the past 2 years I can tell the shift in customer service and the consistency in my order. We eat at this wing stop several times a month because of its convenience. I cannot seem to understand why they consistently tell you 19 min when that never happens. I always give them and additional 10 min or so and sometimes that's still not enough even though they may not be crowded. The wings are good but the fries are inconsistent. Sometimes just the right seasoning and other times not near enough. Sometimes the fries are really soft and sometimes they are fried just right. This wing stop would be better if they picked up the speed or stop telling you 19 min and they know it will take much longer and consistency would help out too read more

Hubby and I ate dinner here yesterday, and we were both very disappointed. The fries have clearly changed, the used to be delicious, now they are the same fries everyone else has, Ugh!! The wings were the worst part, I got all these hard, dry pieces, even with the lemon pepper, they were still horrible. My husbands wings lacked enough garlic on the garlic parm wings. We were just really less than impressed and after having my taste buds completely turned off, I don't think I will be eating wing stop anytime soon, especially after spending damn near $20 on crap!!! read more

I love hot wings and Wingstops hot is perfect for me. This one is just closer to work. We have never had a problem getting wings from here...you call it in, ask for extra well done wings...give them 20 minutes, it is hot and ready if you give them those 20 minutes lol. My only gripe was the lids on my ranches were closed all the way so when i open the bag there was a mess...not cool. close the damn lids! Otherwise this is definitely a regular spot. read more

Corporate sales menu price that is listed on their website as in store menu prices and the actual Wingstop menu price inside does not correlate with each other. The manager claims she worked there for years and never been a discrepancy but knowing other pple who have ate here, I'm not the first one! Also, the manager is not very friendly when speaking she immediately got offensive while I stayed on a professional level and I referenced that you might want to pass that on to upper management for future. I still ordered my food while my husband drove around the parking lot to keep our child happy as we were hungry for dinner. I wait a long period for our food but I was the first order in line as I watched the few behind me get their food first. And pple kept coming in to order after them as well. So I felt because I took a step ahead to know what I want to order for when I got to the counter As well as my budget and I had to rethink my order because their price discrepancy, Then waited longer just because I said something about it. First time I had wing stop was this location.... it's been years and I know they have been going through some management and staff changes. Within the last year it has went down due to staffing, but the last few months it has gotten better. We tried Wingstop for the first time this week. Ordered online to avoid a wait, which was nice since they were busy. Brought our food home and discovered the sauces were missing. I go here about once every two weeks for lunch, normally on a Monday or Tuesday in order to take advantage of their 50 cent boneless wing special. Overall I have been very pleased with their service, food quality, and value. I have have a few issues with carryout orders in the past, but any time I have a problem, I give them a call and they have immediately been willing to fix the problem for me. Overall one of the better places to go for wings in the area. Edit: I forgot to add that if you ever try out their newest flavor (Louisiana Rub) and you think it is too strong, just ask for them to put less of the cajun seasoning on it, much less salty tasting. read more

My first time getting wings here. I got traditional buffalo my hubby got a different flavor. The wait was long, but the food was hot. It was cooked good, but there was no flavor to the buffalo wings I got. It just tasted like oil. We had to go to McDonald's right next to it to order something so I was able to get my buffalo sauce there, but it was very sad. Overall my experience was not that great. I won't be ordering my wings here anymore. Im going to just be ordering wings from Pizza Hut only from now on. read more

Got here at 135 pm. One person ordering was the only other customer. He placed an order to go. Three people asked if my order had been taken before someone finally did. Ordered 8 boneless wings and fries. Took 25 minutes. No paper towels either even though one of the 6 employees was using a roll to clean tables. At least the order was right and they were friendly. Just left this wingstop. Placed order at 9:25 pm and did not receive my food until 9:58, 33 minutes later. Not the customary 17 minutes that they quote. They had 4-5 workers on the line laughing and playing around drinking soft drinks on the line. Did not say sorry for you wait service was awful. Last time going. read more
