One start because the food is good but the customer service is AWFUL! Rude ass front staff, not trained to function in food rush times, don't know how to speak to a HUMAN BEING... one cashier lady was stress she wouldn't even help a child asking for boxes when she was clearly not doing anything. We went in to order around 7:30 tonight and was told it would be an hour. Since we are from Illinois we decided to just get on the app and order, wait the hour. My app said the food was ready at 8:30pm. I walked in and there was no room to stand as everyone was waiting on their order too. The front cash people were young so I'm going to let their lack of customer service go as they are still learning but the manager their kitchen staff was in no hurry to fill the orders. I placed my order at 7:30 and didnt walk out until 9:30 with food. maybe your kitchen workers shouldn't be yelling 'y'all quit asking for updates on your food; we don't know.' Crap service; but the ranch and the Hawaiian wings make up for it so that's why you get a 2. Your managers need to train better on how to handle a Saturday night rush. ‍ read more

My preference at wing stop is their bone in wings, always very crispy & they always give you extra wings than the amount you ordered! The rolls melt in your mouth with the butter! They make homemade French fries that they mix salt & sugar to put on them. They also do a homemade ranch that is the best combo to wings or celery!! Fast service & reasonably priced! read more

Easily my favorite place to eat while in Paducah. The wings are delicious, fries to die for, and service is never too bad given it's usually pretty busy. I gotta recommend the boneless Original Hot with a side of blue cheese dressing, nothing like it. I'd rather eat at Wingstop any day over Buffalo Wild Wings. read more

Wingstop is great! The wings are perfectly sauced and the seasoning for the fries is unique and tasty. I always add 12 homemade rolls to my order as well. The ONLY reason for the 3 star rating is because two out of the last three orders I had, the fries were cold. No matter how tasty the seasoning, cold fries are gross! read more

Food is amazing but the service is terrible. I arrived before my food was ready (totally fine I don't mind waiting), but once it was ready they didn't tell me and I sat there for 20 minutes before going to ask what was up and it had been ready a long time before. Additionally they swapped all of the lids with coffee cup lids, which are way more prone to spilling out in your car. Menu looked good and the inside was small, but nicely decorated. Counter service was friendly and we received our cups quickly. Restaurant was very clean. That's where the good times ended. We were not given a lid or a straw. Our food took 30 minutes for 6 wings and fries. The sauces and especially the fries were so salty that the entire meal was inedible. I went up and ordered a plain fry (they have a sour-cream-and onion-type salt on it), and it took another 20 minutes to receive JUST fries. I will admit that the "naked" fries were excellent and if I were really yearning for an order of fries and I was not in a hurry, I MIGHT be persuaded to return for THIS item only. Three of us had the same order--6 boneless wings and fries. The teriyaki sauce was passable, but very salty. The parmesan garlic and the Hawaiian sauces were absolutely inedible. Horribly salty. It was a very busy spot, so perhaps I'm in the minority. It was a bad enough experience that I don't think I'll be back anytime soon unless I'm hankering for plain fries. read more

Passing thru on way from IL to FL. Wanted something different than BWW and found Wingstop by exit. Heard of WS before but never tried it. Folks were really nice and got in and out with 3 flavors of 30 wings for family within 15 minutes, and back on road. Hawaiin was good, not too sweet and no spice. My 11 year old liked it. They recommended the Louisianna Rub and that was my favorite. Great taste. The Cajun was the hotter choice and that was good. Big thing was they were freshly cooked, which I always question at BWW. The food here is SO good. I always get 10 boneless, spicy Korean Q wings. They make the food kinda fast. The fries are so good. I always dip them in ranch and they taste like heaven. The employees are so nice to everyone. The best part is that they clean up your tray and your mess for you. They have coke products. The machine is one that will give you ANY option of coke products such as lime coke and vanilla dr.pepper. I personally love this restaurant and I come here very often. I definitely would recommend this place to my friends and family. Everytime some askes me where they should eat I will always say Wingstop. read more

Been here 2-3 times . Past 2 times when i get my wings they have a 'burnt grease' smell to them. Think they need to change thier grease a lil more often. Home made fries are good . Unfortunately the size of the wings have become tiny. For the price I can't justify buying wings that are smaller than I get at the grocery store. When I first started orders they were normal sized. Then I got some that were mini sized (1/3 smaller at least). I gave them a couple of tries and they aren't fixing this issue. I've received half regular and half tiny and all tiny. Now they are really tiny. I called recently and they are still running tiny. I just can't justify the price for tiny wings at the same price. Small local joint w/ a few selections of flavors for naked wings. Not crazy about the wings even if they are cheaper than the other big name franchises. I'm a southern man & I like to have my wings breaded & soaked up in a tub of sauce like a day at the spa. Just watch out for the Atomic (I dont have much of a taste bud & can take about anything), this sauce will regrow you some new taste buds & put some hair on your chest. Be a man take the challenge, just be sure to have a gallon of milk next to you. Unfortunately, I had to resor to getting the chicken tenders but they are alot more expensive so I would not return to this place. Love Wingstop!! Great prices for expertly prepared wings. I am gluten free and never get ill from their food. The sauces and dips are a good variety. They are open late and have an easy to use app to order ahead. Dining room is smaller but never have a problem finding a seat. I see lots of large orders go out on game night when dining in there. read more
