Walked in today just before noon- two other patrons were in line. I was rudely greeted and asked sharply if I was picking up a delivery or ordering food. I said I wanted to order food and I was told " well it will be a 35-40 minute wait ". My greeting when I walked in was "Pick up?" "No, to go." An unenthusiastic teen took my overpriced order. I gave her a pass since she was a kid. I filled my fountain drink and waiting for my food. The manager in the back was so proud of himself because the fryer was clean. He called it "new/used" clean. I started to look around and noticed the grill hood had about a years worth of dust with various hand prints all over. I called the manager over and in a low tone told him "This place is absolutely filthy, you know that right?" He said, "You've obviously never worked in food service." I replied, "I have." He said, "What's dirty?" I said "Everything, pick one." I started to point out random areas in the lobby and register area. "He said, "You should have seen this place before I took over 4 months ago. " I earnestly answered, "You mean in 4 months you haven't cleaned the hood range?" At this point he called me a Karen and said he was "done with me." He started to walk away and I demanded a refund. He said, "Cash or credit?" Since I didn't trust he would refund my card, I opted for cash. He pokes at the register and said I used a credit card. I said yeah but you said cash or credit. He said "No, you don't get to make that decision." What an ass! He tells me I am all done and I ask for a receipt. He shoves the paper at me and I look for the credit. No credit. He said he cancelled the ticket. I don't know if that's true until my bank processes but either way I will dispute the charge. If the front of the restaurant looks like that, what do you think the back looks like? Btw Mr. Manager, I can only be a Karen if I'm wrong but I'm not. Your restaurant is filthy. If I could put 0 stars I would. The manager as she called herself with pink hair messed up my order and screamed at me through the phone. I didn't realize my order wasn't correct until I got home. So I drove up there, tried speaking to her calmly and asked why she spoke to me that way and proceeded to do so again in front of the other workers and a customer. I gave it right back to her and have no regrets. She had a crappy attitude for no reason. I won't ever go to this Wingstop again just based off their customer service. I've not had a problem with my food per se, but the BIG problem at this location is that they turn their phones ringer to low or off whenever the mood hits them! I'm at home trying to phone in an order and the phone just rings and rings and rings. So I drive down to place my order and ask "Why isn't anyone answering your phones?" If I could leave no stars I would. The older woman working the counter is rude and very unprofessional. Ordered 100 wings and asked for the sauces on the side. They gave us 6 SMALL sauces. I had to drive back up to wing stop during my brothers graduation party. They processed to only give us 9 SMALL containers of sauce. I had asked for more but the woman told me that's not how it works. Told me I had to pay $5.99. Luckily the gentleman working the back gave me 3 more sauces. I called over 10 times before coming to the store and no one picked up. Seems they don't care about the customer. I also waited 10 minutes with no greet before she even came to the counter. Wingstop is a great place to grab some wings. It'll take roughly 15-20 for your order to be ready, so if you can't wait that long, id recommend going somewhere else. However, if you can wait 20 minutes, it'll be worth the wait! The wings and fries are really good. read more

We ordered a bundle with 16 wings, 6 tenders, and a large fry. We also ordered corn. Atomic hot sauce- Meh. It was SUPER spicy, but for the three seconds that I could taste it, I didn't like it. It was fun to try though. Korean- Perfect balance of spicy and sweet. Definitely recommend. Hawaiian- Crowd-pleaser for the ones who don't do spicy. I prefer a little extra spice. Garlic parmesan dry rub- This seemed to be the most-enjoyed overall. The fries were basic fries, and the corn was really delicious. It IS spicy though. read more

The wings are fantastic every time I ordered from this location. The only issue is online ordering was updated to not allow cash payments in the store. That really makes it harder to order, last time I ordered I had to wait 30 mins. Hopefully corporate sees this and updates online ordering to allow for cash on pick up!!! read more

It's cake, you pick traditional or boneless, decide which sauces you want it sexily coated in and you go to town with your bad self! My personal favorite is the spicy Korean but garlic Parmesan is my close second. They have fries and other sides to add to your wings but let's be real who fills up on celery? we ordered 50 wings with 4 different sauces. They were small and well done, not terrible but if you don't like your wings that way you wouldn't have liked these. It wasn't the wings I had a problem with - the dudes didn't label the boxes. Its such a simple solution too, but we couldn't tell which wings were which (and I ordered a non-spicy flavor for myself because i didn't want what my group was getting.) Zero stars isn't even enough too describe how terrible my experience has been with this restaurant. I placed my order at the incorrect location (Parma) and called immediately to cancel. They claimed they voided the payment. I then ordered from Brooklyn. The order I picked up was missing 10 wings and 2 orders of veggie sticks. I was told a refund may only be distribute by the district manager. However I left a message 4 times, including times he has been in the office and refused to speak to me directly. It took 3 days of phone calls to be refunded for the missing items. Today (a whole week later), I call my bank and they tell me that the first order was never voided and has posted to my account. I called Parma back and they refused to credit me and claimed the bank is incorrect. I am now forced to dispute the charge and wait another 90 days to see my money back when all it could've taken was a little customer service. I have now paid over $100 for an order I cancelled & an order that was missing half of its items. Safe to say I will never deal with wingstop again. read more

We went a few weeks after the "grand opening" and have never been more dissatisfied with a places service. Was told my food would be ready in 15 minutes but it actually took over 45! We watched as workers watched football and sat around eating wings. Every time I asked how much longer they said I was next but I wouldn't be. When I eventually got my food it was ok? The garlic parm wings had no garlic and only a few sprinkles of parm over top some very dry unseasoned wings. When I went to go place an order for food (and I will admit it was about 11 @ night) , two of the ladies were in the back smoking , assuming they were on break. I came in because I assumed that they were still open because they close @ midnight and I was waiting for about 5 minutes before someone came back into the establishment. I then proceeded to tell the lady that I was here to place an order for some wings and she said they were no longer accepting orders .. which was a bit confusing because they were very much so still open. I've worked in a restaurant, so I understand wanting to shut down and tend to closing the restaurant and etc. But, I never refused service when it is plastered on our signage about what time our hours are. It says CLEAR as day that they are open until midnight but they are refusing service @ 11? Not all wingstops are like this. It's this one in particular. Ordered 3 types of sauces which were all very bland and watered down. The hickory BBQ was underwhelming and the mild had no flavor at all. The mango habanero was the only half decent flavor... and then a hair surfaced from the middle of the pile. Even the three containers of ranch were watery and a sorry excuse for being ranch.
