You know, I want to like this place, but every time I go I'm disappointed. I almost exclusively order online because it sucks to eat there. The tables are always dirty and the staff are pretty apathetic. Doesn't seem like there's any management there, just a bunch of high school kids cooking chicken wings. Get the food first? Yes, yes we should. First the wait. We were told 18 minutes. It was a 34 minute wait. Which, if you've had good Wingstop, is not a problem for me. But, it wasn't good, in fact it was almost inedible. The fires were warm. The boneless wings were sauced, but they were sauced like they'd be dropped and drowned in a container of Hawaiian sauce, which in contrast to the Lousiana rub wings, the reason we came there was the exact opposite. The Lousiana rub wings were not rubbed. Not even touched by Lousiana or a rub. I mean, maybe they were rubbed, they were just greasy, not crispy, they were just plain gross. It didn't help that some of them just appeared to have been cut off, inexpertly and with a great deal of bone fragments from other pieces of wings. Anyone with some degree of competence with a knife or pair of sciccors can cut apart a wing. It's really easy and really quick, whoever cut some of these pieces of, must have hated these chickens. Like maybe they owed their bookie money or something? Did they lose bets to the mafia? Both the wife and I were disgusted and dissapointed. We spent $30 on this meal and neither of us could finish it. I was picking up a doordash and saw this guy be racist and extremely just disrespectful to one of the customers. There were dozens of people who saw and were clearly shocked, the store was packed and nearly everyone noticed. This guy was also being pretty rude to everyone but especially the African American.
