It's always a hit or miss with this Wingstop. Sometimes my wings are perfection and sometimes they're cold and not fully cooked. The people that usually take our order are nice, but if you dare to go after 9PM you'll be greeted by people who seem like they hate their job. Me and my boyfriend ate outside not only because we like eating outside but because all the tables were dirty inside so we couldn't have ate inside even if we wanted too. and there was staff in the back doing nothing. Food is great, I love it. Honestly, I haven't been here in years but I've only been to the Kennewick location. This location is awful. The staff is so unprofessional I felt like I was at a high school kitchen. They kept yelling back and forth at each other. One of the ladies was on the phone, and all of a sudden they start yelling like they're at a football game in the back and while she was still on the phone she yells oh my god shut up. And they start laughing. Then, they keep arguing throughout the time we were there about the orders and all this stuff, even personal stuff. The whole restraunt could hear. And then again, while the same lady was helping a customer, she yelled "yeah walk away you're just sitting her saying useless stuff anyways not helping at all" to her coworker. I would have loved to commented on the food but can't as I was never served. My wife and I read all the reviews before placing your order online. Several reviews commented about poor service and long waits we didn't believe it could be near as bad as people stated. We were wrong it's the worst service of any restaurant I have ever been to. A customer in front of me had waited an hour in half for her to go order and demanded a refund as they said it would be at least another hour in refused her refund she had to threaten to call law-enforcement before the manager caved and gave her money back. We ordered online and I waited in line for 30 minutes before getting to the counter to be told they didn't know when my order would be ready even after it said when to pick up my order online. It incredibly how this restaurant has gone downhill. We really enjoyed them when they first opened, but the last couple times have been awful. We ordered online and showed up when our order was supposed to be ready and were told that it just needed to be bagged up. A half hour later they finally got our food. The fries that we ordered extra crispy were soggy and the wings way over sauced. I ordered online and arrived at the dated pick up time given to me on my emailed receipt, I went inside and was told they did not even have my order in the store. I showed them my receipt and they told me it would only be 10-12 minutes for it to be done. The food isn't horrible but it is inconsistent. We came for a fundraiser and it was busy - which is good - however the guy at the register can not hold a thought. Took about 5 minutes to order 3 chicken tenders because he would get distracted and forget what he was doing. Others ended up getting free food due to raw wings...so much for raising funds. We were given baked beans when we ordered fries - we ate them to avoid confusing then even more. We used frequent the one in CDA, ID and never had a problem. And, my tenders were to go as my hubby couldn't come eat with us...they just brought them out on a tray vs to-go boxes. read more

First time in this place we walked in and the first thing my wife said is "it smells like vomit in here." That should have been our clue to leave by we thought it might be a vinegar smell from the sauces or something. There were 4 tables seated 3 waiting on food. We ordered about $50 I'm food including original, Cajun and atomic wings. The original was a buffalo variation that was ok nothing to rave about. The Cajun was very salty and was appeared to me the original sauce only slightly less spicy with some seasoning tossed on top. The atomic wings are a poor excuse for being spicy. The originals were more spicy and had a better flavor. The atomic just tasted like cracked black pepper but overall very bland. The fresh cut fries were lackluster undercooked and not seasoned. A fair amount of tables were not clean. The only pace were to get a napkin turned out to be a roll of unbleached brown paper towels that looked like they were stolen from a nasty chevron bathroom and bolted to the counter with a piece of lead pipe. The soda machine dispensed nothing but flat soda and it took the staff 15-20 minutes to even start tying to fix the issue while customers waited or left. The staff appeared tired and dirty, the person taking my order was covered in grease spots and never washed his hands between handling money and preparing food. At least you can sit near the kitchen window and see that the kitchen is for the most part clean but the cooks are not following health standards touching their face and hair while preparing food. Final thoughts, I will not return here the place is overpriced the food is subpar and the service is awful. read more

Earlier today my husband and I stopped at Luxe Nails to get pedicures and a manicure for me. While my husband was waiting for me, he walked down to WingStop to get us something to drink. He ordered two large sodas. When he attempted to get the machine to work, he found nothing worked except water. When he asked the staff, they said there was "nothing we can do about it". He then asked if he was really going to have to pay $5.41 for two waters? The response by the girl at the register was "sorry". We had noticed the service was slipping the last few take out orders we got. (Sent Ranch instead of requested Blue Cheese, didn't send the veggies, didn't send the yeast rolls that were ordered, sent boneless instead of ordered bone-in). None of these errors were worth driving back and letting dinner get cold, but today the attitudes associated with the error pushed us over the edge. We do not like Buffalo Wild Wings, so had been happy to have WingStop here in Pasco. Now, I'm afraid we will have to dig out our deep fryer. At least the service will be pleasant! read more
