This is hands down the BEST location on island. We used to drive to Dillingham or Mililani for our orders. Dillingham was good most of the time and only were too light on the spices twice out of the 60 or so times we've been there over the years. Anything is better than the Mililani. Mililani Wingstop idk if they've changed but over the years their sh** service was always consistently sh** and they never clean or fill their drinks. Pearl City has the best chicken. They did not hold back on the spices and the staff was amazing. They definitely got aura here. Timely orders, the ppl that went in before me there were about 5 of us and we all got our orders. I opened up my bag at home and my chicken was still crunchy. The place was clean, soda machines working, and staff just so on it. The guy in the front, he didn't ignore me like the Mililani staff would, the server immediately pivoted and asked my name for my order, making sure no one was left waiting. I really appreciated the service and the food. I told my husband I liked this location and he agreed since he picked up our food from here twice before me and said they're always quick and the young folks here are courteous. read more

I ordered a 15 pc meal that came with 2 drinks tonight. The soda machine was out of ice so I told a worker that there was no ice. She told me "and?" Then the manager came out and I told her there was no ice in the machine and she said "ok?" Neither of them filled the ice the entire time I was waiting for my food - a good 20 minutes. Not even offer me ice. I left with 2 drinks and no ice. I guess lucky I have a fridge at home. I'm sure I wasn't only one who told them there was no ice. People were in there eating. Lucky the food taste good because their terrible service left a bad taste in my mouth. To the workers - you work in a service industry. Tonight was the first the service was bad! Rude! My girls were missing their drinks so they go to tell the girl and she's like you didn't get drinks. My daughter said yes we did! We got the combos. And then they were missing fries and veggie stix. and then she's like ok...so my daughter told her they got the combo and she's like oh that's right. The establishment lacks ice and has warm drinks. There are no trash cans available, so customers are forced to dispose of their waste in public, creating an unsanitary environment. I believe that hiring new management would be beneficial in improving the efficiency of operations and ensuring that the establishment functions properly. read more

I was very frustrated when I ordered drink set with my chicken tenders on uber eats, and I found out that my order did not have the drink I ordered so I walked all the way to pearl city wingstop where they got my order and i confronted about the drink situation and they gave me cup but when i went to go grab my drink all the drink was out of order including the non sweeten tea. I called the manager and he checked the machine saying the drink will come through when clearly it did not come through, and the worst part is he purposely dropped the cup where he was using to test out the machine and poured directly on me. Decided to try Chickenwings in Pearl City. Chicken okay, but overall experience not great. NO ICE until this time. how can you sell sodas without an ice. As an owner, do you drink warm soda? Poor little new Wingstop storefront. We went for the first time to this location on Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered boneless wings (they ran out of bone-in) in person at 12. They were promised at 12:40. I feel so bad for the humans who worked that day. I don't think they were ready. We got our wings at 1:30. So the wings were okay. My husband ordered garlic parmesan, original hot, and mango habanero. Each 10 pieces. The flavors were okay. Garlic parmesan was a tad too salty for me. But we liked the other two. The pieces were about a little more than bite sized. Lots of breading to hold the sauce. I don't have photos of the chicken. The kids were so hungry they dove into them soon as we got home. We liked them well enough that there were nothing left. It was a small shop. I'm not sure if they had tables to eat at.... I think we will try again after they recover from the epic day they just had. We need to try their bone-in wings. read more

Went to OPC Wingstop on Saturday.. Customer service was horrible, stood at the counter 5 minutes with no one acknowledging customers waiting to order. Had 5 workers prepping and cooking chicken. I turned around to the customers behind us and we talked about how terrible the customer service was but she told me her family was from Hilo and they are uses to that kind of customer service.. Just wanted to comment on their customer service. There was a glitch when I ordered food online for in store pickup. Ordered traditional bone-in wings. Had my run into the store to pick up the order. I sent her the receipt for reference and she noticed the receipt reflected a different order with boneless wings instead of traditional. Call the store to see if we were able to refund and reorder the traditional wings. She just asked to bring the food back. When I met with her at the store she came right up to the counter and confirmed the order. The system did reflect an order for boneless wings but said that she would be happy to just replace the wings with traditional wings and refund not necessary. I offered to pay for the difference since the traditional wings cost more but she kindly declined. The food came out right away and with all new fresh sides as well as a bit of extras we didn't order. I again offered to pay for the difference and she again gladly declined. This was such a pleasant experience as well a a blessing. I would like to commend the young lady, Alicia, for being the epitome of excellent customer service! Service is terrible. I swear these girls are high on something with how slow they are. I was waiting at the pickup counter and no one came even after some of the workers made eye contact with me. I asked the girl at the register for help and she gave me the ugliest look ever. Straws and lids were also out and people walking out of the store didn't even have any lids on their cups, someone had to ask them to refill it and the girl just gave her stink eye then finally went to refill it and stared me down when I went to grab one as if I'm an inconvenience to her. It took a solid 20 minutes to finally get my ONLINE order sitting there on the shelf, and I only have a 30 minute lunch break.
