Both were pretty good. Prices are within reason. And by that I mean it's average as the other places. The did make two mistakes on my order. I asked for blue cheese and got ranch. Really disappointing experience at this Wingstop. We walked in ready to order, and the guy at the counter told us we "had" to order through the app. So there we were, downloading the app and trying to navigate it just to place our order. Keep in mind, we had three young, hungry children with us. Then, while we're going through all of that, we see other customers walking up and ordering right at the counter. Like, what the heck? When we questioned him about it, he now said they "prefer" people to order through the app because they don't know the order that the orders are coming in. That explanation made no sense to us. If you prefer app orders, just say that and take the customers order; don't tell customers they HAVE to use the app and then turn around and take other people's orders at the counter. It also made us wonder, what if an elderly couple comes in who doesn't know how to download or navigate an app? Or someone who simply doesn't have a cellphone with them? You should still be able to walk into a restaurant and order your food at the counter. The dining area wasn't any better. Tables had trash left on them from previous customers, and we literally had to clear someone else's trash and throw it away ourselves just so we could sit down. Our table was sticky, so we had to wipe it down ourselves too. Good thing we happened to have wipes in our bag! Overall, the whole experience was frustrating. Between being told we had to use the app while watching other customers order at the counter and having to clean our own table before we could sit down with three hungry kids, this location really needs to do better with both customer service and cleanliness. read more

I didn't know how the food was cooler when I went there in person and ordered the food than when I got it for delivery, but it was! I ate the fries immediately and they were already room temperature. The wings were barely warm and it just came out.... How? I know how but why??? I do like the flavor of their wings in comparison to other big chain places near by. I do wish the food was made as orders are received not ahead of time so the food isn't getting cold though so I doubt I'll go back to this location. Last thing, if you are going to order here, I would recommend the bone in wings only. I can't say I was impressed with this lunch experience. From service, to ambiance to food taste/quality. While ordering my meal, the cashier was basically whispering the entire time. I barely could understand her at all. I had to ask her to repeat what she said multiple times and she never spoke any louder. I ordered the 3pc tender combo. The chicken was at best, average in taste. The sauces it came with (hickory honey bbq and ranch) were pretty standard tasting sauces. The fries were nothing to write home about and seemed like it was missing something. Definitely had to use ketchup. The dining area is relatively small. Maybe about 10 tables with 2-3 tvs playing different things in a small space so it sounded chaotic. There was also a suspicious person who was waiting at the ordering area by the cashiers and who would move inside to the dining area every so often to sit but he never ordered anything. The workers seemed to have not cared and did nothing about this person just loitering inside making guests feel uneasy, especially a family that had young children. Overall, the experience wasn't great. I kind of expected more from a brand new shop that just opened. Rating of 2 stars because nothing particularly terrible happened. read more

Great location for the new Wingstop on island. Much closer to where I live and in the middleish of the island. Haven't dined in but inside seems pretty small with several tables. Though I did a takeout order, the service was good. The lady at the counter was very nice when handing the food. They have a deal going on that you can order 30 classic wings for $36 which is such a steal. Up to 3 flavors of your choice. Ordered lemon pepper, hot honey rub and spicy Korean q. All flavors were very delicious. My favorite is the hot honey rub. Lemon pepper tasted more of a strong lemon taste than pepper though. The ranch is addicting! This is hands down the BEST location on island. We used to drive to Dillingham or Mililani for our orders. Dillingham was good most of the time and only were too light on the spices twice out of the 60 or so times we've been there over the years. Anything is better than the Mililani. Mililani Wingstop idk if they've changed but over the years their sh** service was always consistently sh** and they never clean or fill their drinks. Pearl City has the best chicken. They did not hold back on the spices and the staff was amazing. They definitely got aura here. Timely orders, the ppl that went in before me there were about 5 of us and we all got our orders. I opened up my bag at home and my chicken was still crunchy. The place was clean, soda machines working, and staff just so on it. The guy in the front, he didn't ignore me like the Mililani staff would, the server immediately pivoted and asked my name for my order, making sure no one was left waiting. My experience here wasn't great. I expected the store to be cleaner since it just recently opened. The dining area looked a little dirty, with a few napkins and straws on the floor, and you could also see some dust on the floor. When we picked up our order, not even one of my wings was a flat, which was disappointing because that's what I was hoping for. I ordered a 15 pc meal that came with 2 drinks tonight. The soda machine was out of ice so I told a worker that there was no ice. She told me "and?" Then the manager came out and I told her there was no ice in the machine and she said "ok?" Neither of them filled the ice the entire time I was waiting for my food - a good 20 minutes. Poor little new Wingstop storefront. We went for the first time to this location on Super Bowl Sunday. Ordered boneless wings (they ran out of bone-in) in person at 12. They were promised at 12:40. I feel so bad for the humans who worked that day. I don't think they were ready. We got our wings at 1:30. So the wings were okay. My husband ordered garlic parmesan, original hot, and mango habanero. Each 10 pieces. The flavors were okay. Garlic parmesan was a tad too salty for me. But we liked the other two. The pieces were about a little more than bite sized. Lots of breading to hold the sauce. I don't have photos of the chicken. The kids were so hungry they dove into them soon as we got home. We liked them well enough that there were nothing left. It was a small shop. I'm not sure if they had tables to eat at.... Just wanted to comment on their customer service. There was a glitch when I ordered food online for in store pickup. Ordered traditional bone-in wings. Had my run into the store to pick up the order. I sent her the receipt for reference and she noticed the receipt reflected a different order with boneless wings instead of traditional. Call the store to see if we were able to refund and reorder the traditional wings. She just asked to bring the food back. When I met with her at the store she came right up to the counter and confirmed the order. The system did reflect an order for boneless wings but said that she would be happy to just replace the wings with traditional wings and refund not necessary. I offered to pay for the difference since the traditional wings cost more but she kindly declined. The food came out right away and with all new fresh sides as well as a bit of extras we didn't order. I again offered to pay for the difference and she again gladly declined.
