He told us there were tables reserved for Browns fans if we wanted to move. We were contemplating when bartender Abby came by for our order. I told her we may be moving to the reserved spots and she got snarky with me, saying that we would have to go out to the host stand to move!! Really??? We were just invited to move. We decided to stay put anyway, but after a while, it got really cold at the bar. I asked "sweet" Abby if they could turn up the heat. Again, I was met with a snotty attitude saying that other people said it was warm. Of course the female manager came and told me that the heat was on all the way. We come here often, but the last 2 times it was cold with the fans running ( did I mention that the fans were running full blast?) . I think we will be finding a new place to go to watch games.
