I ordered from them through doordash and when i received them my food was cold, the wings were overcooked and underseasoned so much so i couldn't tell lemon pepper from Louisiana rub. The bleu cheese was kinda funky tasting too. I left a 2 star review on doordash (so far i haven't received a credit on it yet). I called the location to speak with a manager about my subpar wings and she immediately blamed it on doordash and cited delivery times to me. i told her that the delivery time wasn't the issue in fact their driver was perfectly on time. i had to explain to her that the food itself was the problem. she never apologized or took responsibility for sending the food out and that's really all i wanted from her. she kept telling me to complain to doordash which i had already done. read more

Did the online order thing... I showed up on time, but the store never received my order. I got "I don't think the machine was on" excuse. I have my confirmation email, some I know it went through. Had to reorder, now going to be late to work. While waiting I tried filling up my iced tea, only to have the machine leak all over the floor and my shoes. Apparently the drain for the ice is not hooked up to anything, therefor any over flow just slips all over the ground. No trash can next to soda machine and ice tea, so there is sugar, straw wrappers and other garbage all over the drink station. Me and my family walked in to get some wing meals. We ordered 3 meals. They were polite at first. Then 30 mins pass, new customers were getting there food faster, (okay fine they ordered food ahead of time). Then 20 mins pass almost an hour then I grew impatient and customers were continuing to get there food faster. I walked up to the counter and I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me, they were on the phone and talking to one another. They took a glimpse at me and seen me and made eye contact. Most important tip: Call ahead or you'll be waiting forever. I'm hot wings obsessed. I've tried all the different places - Buffalo Wild Wings, Hooters, etc. But I keep coming back to Wing Stop. I usually go to the WS in Vallejo or American Canyon, so this was the first time here, on the way home. I called in about 15 minutes before I was going to get there. The guy on the phone was really friendly and answered my questions patiently. Then he asked if we wanted them to wait to cook the fries (until we got there) so they wouldn't get soggy. I thought that was a really awesome idea - the other WS's never asked that! I wasn't in a super hurry so I said yes. When I got there (around 8:30 pm on a Sunday), the place was packed with dine-in and take-out people. I'm very glad I called it in and they promptly dropped the fries in the fryer when I paid. It only took a few minutes more. My lemon pepper wings were fan-freakin-tastic! The fries were hot, crispy and tasty. This Wingstop has never let me down until just recently. I will give it four stars because I have faith that that will be the first and last time it will disappoint. I enjoy coming to this location -- not because it is fancy or different from any other Wingstop, but because they have a special that I have yet to find anywhere else. This Wingstop special is: 20 wings (pick up to two flavors), large fries, a drink, and two dips for $17.28 (plus tax). That special is just the right amount for me and my boyfriend. Our go-to order? Fifteen lemon pepper bone-in wings, all flats, dry. Five original hot bone-in wings. Fries with extra seasoning. Two ranch. Some let-downs about this location? Their soda machine is usually out of a lot of flavors. And you are stuck with generic soda brands. Another let-down? Service is slow. I usually see a bunch of people standing around looking like they have a purpose... but not the right purpose, which is taking my damn order. Some advice? Order ahead. Call in. But eat there. I'm a huge buffalo wing fan so I stopped in for my first time on my way home one day. I got the Individual meal of 10 regular wings with the Original Hot sauce, fries, ranch dressing, and a drink. I thought the service was a bit slow since I was the only one in the restaurant at 6pmish, however I did notice a few people picking up orders so I guess they must be a bigger take-out place. The wings were yummy but I HATED the fries. They were soft and had some seasoning on them that gave them a funny taste to me. Terrible customer service at Wingstop (Pinole, CA). Bought a variety of wings today and brought them home. The bag must have been compromised from the heat. So as I tried to carry them upstairs the bag burst everywhere. Chicken wings, ranch dressing and everything flying to the ground. I called the Wingstop Store and advised them that the bag had broken and the wings were on the ground. I offered to pick up the wings, bring the bag and all its contents to exchange it. We spend over $50.00 and expected to be treated with respect. Instead, we were treated as though we were lying. (Believe me my time is way worth more then $50.00) of wings. The unprofessional manager Sophia " said it's too bad. Once you leave the store it is your problem. Wow! I asked her to talk to the District Manager or to give me the number to her corporate office. She refused and stated she would call the owner "Amarajit". I asked for the spelling of the owners name and she couldn't spell it. The owner only offered a 10% on our next visit. So, we they want us to lose the $51.68 that we paid and didn't even enjoy the wings. They need to train these employees not to be rude and try to speak over a complaining customer. We all give our business to Wendy's & Wingstop the same owner. I think they need to refund the full amount or provide the order over again. Pour family will never go back to either establishment. I remember being really excited when this Wingstop opened up years ago. I thought, "Yes! A place that's close by that has good wings!" However, I haven't been as impressed with Wingstop lately. This particular location is fine. The parking situation can be a little confusing if you're not familiar with the area, but you shouldn't have any trouble finding actual parking. The restaurant is a little small, but I don't see very many people dine in anyway; I maybe see four parties at the most. The service is alright. As stated in another review, the service can be slow. Even if I order over the phone or online ahead of time, I still have to wait in line with three to five other people. The food is what I'm beginning to find a little lackluster. When mango habanero first came out, it was really good! But, yesterday, there was no flavor at all whatsoever. I don't normally review restaurants so i'm gonna make this quick. The workers are bad at taking orders. Every time i come here i always have to wait longer than the time they give me because the order was wrong or not made at all, even when i call ahead of time and wait 20 mins. On average, i wait an extra 30 mins at the restaurant for a grand total of 50 mins for my order. The manager is a direct reflection of his staff and both fail to deliver good service.
