I'm a big skeptic of a wings-only eatery. To me it's a like a french fries only spot. Does it really make sense? Only one way to find out, try it out. Before a party at the house, I called in a pick up order of three flavors, Lemon Pepper, Louisiana Rub, and Hot wings. I show up and it's ready. Cool. Back at the house I open the three containers and find smallish wings. I tried one of each. The Lemon Pepper was the standout, followed by the Hot wings. The Louisiana rub was dry and over-spiced. For the price, it could be a lot better but it seems nobody cares. The place is full of customers and there's usually a wait. But when it comes down to it, large orders of wings are hard to come by. They're usually served as an appetizer but Wing Stop has done to wings what Starbucks did to coffee. Made it an entire chain of successful businesses. Good one on that but I didn't really care for their wings. I think I'm better off making my own. Parking is easy in the lot. read more

Consistently fantastic wings. I've tried a few of their flavors, but Original Hot always wins for me. I'll get a 10 piece combo with their incredible fries, and drink. If you order by phone, they wont drop the fries in the vat till you get their so they're piping hot when you eat 'em. read more

Normally, I come to this wingstop if I am craving some wings. But over the last few visits, I've been disappointed in their product, mainly the fries. The wings are decent and rather consistent. However, the fries vary from time to time. During my most recent visit, I ordered fries along with my wings and the fries came back to me unseasoned! Now, everyone knows that wingstop fries are suppose to have a little kick to it. They were bare! Luckily, I had snacked on a fry or two on my way to the car and noticed it. My boyfriend and I have been coming here a lot because we live near by and love our Wingstop. I always order the Louisiana Rub and he gets the Parmesan chicken with (I think) Lemon Pepper. The chicken wing sizes have been inconsistent, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the chicken. The last time my boyfriend and I went here, the fries were perfectly seasoned to the point we were really surprised and really enjoyed our meal. read more

Best wingstop is here in pinole. Hot and piping fresh from fryer to my mouth just how any food joint shud be. Very nice and clean environment. it was my 1st time at any wingstop and it was the best experience. 5 star food On the other hand i had the worst experience from a wingstop in emeryville where the wings were warm and not fresh including the fries. ehh i still ate it but i was fasting. TOTAL JERKS WHO DONT SUPPORT OUR MILITARY!!!! Fist of all let me state for a fact that Wingstop offers a civil servant discount of 15% there is a button on the POS system but for it to activate the acting shift supervisor must swipe their card. This discount applies to military firefighter post worker and police officers, basically any government employee. The manager here always lies to us and says there is no such thing and when another manager just grabbed her card and did it she told us that THIS location does not offer not support the discount. Typical she just fulfilled every stereo type her accent set off in my head..... The staff is always angry, customers that come in always have a problem. Can't tell if it's because they are impatient or because the staff never gets the order correct. I ordered on the phone, and came to pick up. I can and had to wait, which I was fine with since they were so busy. I got my food, and left. They called me and told me they forgot to put in my dinner rolls, I really didn't want to go all the way back just for rolls, so I left it. I got home and opened my bag and I was missing way more than dinner rolls, I was missing my whole order.. All the chicken they gave me were bone in and I ordered boneless and I was also missing fries and a 10 piece also my dips.. I would have turned back if she had let me know they got my complete order wrong.Ehh just frying my own chicken will do. Waste of 27 dollars. read more

I didn't really appreciate the wait. My bf and I decided to sit down and eat, but everyone who ordered to-go got their orders first. It did take over 20 minutes for our food to be done, but overall, the cajun wings are the best. I didn't really like the lemon pepper because of how oily they came out to be. The food here is good if you can get them to give you the correct order. I have been there a few times (I live near) and have gotten the wrong order 3 times. I don't really think the people that work here care about customer service at all. A few different times on my way home from work I would call in and be put on hold for up to 15 minutes (No lie) just like I saw there tonight with another person that came in holding her phone and complaining. So when we paid for our order the lady told us 14 mins.... WRONG! More like 30 mins!!! They kept telling us that they were short staff and they girl at the cash register was new... I regularly use the app for my orders and almost every time I order at this location I wait far longer than the pick up time! I submitted the order at 2:20 with a 2:50 pickup time and didny receive my order until 3:20! No "Thank you for waiting" or "sorry for the wait" nothing! What's the point of ordering online if I still have to wait just as long as the people ordering there?? I never have this issue at the Martinez and El Cerrito location! My husband and I phoned in our order and when we went to pick it up, the lady at the register decided to argue with us. We ordered 2 rolls and she charged us for three. There are two of us...we only asked for two rolls. When my husband told her that we only ordered two, she threw up her hands. Major attitude problem. I found out the potatoes sit outside next to the dumpster and grease trap that they share with Wendy's for a few days to a week. My buddy showed me when he went on his smoke break. Wings are good always get the combo of 10 wings fries and drink lemon pepper are the best not to salty cooked perfect but also has its down when ordering online they usually never find the order even tho you get an email notification also when ordering by the phone once on arrival to lick up order is never ready.
