Best of luck ordering from this place if you need to call them. They famously and notoriously don't answer their phone. Not only that, the "call" feature (when using your smart phone to access their phone online) doesn't work either. When you go in to mention it, they brush it off and ask you to place your order. I've been to this place quite a few times because it's the closest location to my house. The problem with the app is that you can't really get specific with your order. Not only that, your order is guaranteed to get messed up. By the way, I wouldn't recommend "delivery". They dropped off my order at another apartment and went about life with no regrets. I'm sure the driver also enjoyed the tip that I gave during the ordering process. All this to say that it's important to me to CALL and SPEAK WITH A HUMAN BEING. Why is that so hard to do? I've been back and it's fine if you stick to using the app to order. Also don't go anywhere near closing time if you expect tea or lemonade to be available. Otherwise, it's fine. They've typically gotten the order right, close enough to on time, hot, and appropriately sauced. Sometimes the ketchup and paper towels aren't refilled but they fetch them when asked. Wingstop locations in DFW are pretty consistent in terms of restaurant layout, lighting, and food. So I don't think you get surprised often. And maybe that familiarity is their best selling point. Have been coming to this location for a while now but unfortunately it has slowly gotten worse. Our fries are over cooked half the time and the sandwiches we finally got to try were not good. We tried 3 different sandwich flavors and they were all cold. There might have been staffing issues or just a busy night when we ordered the sandwiches but we waited the original 20 minutes after ordering then when we got there we were told it would be another 15-20 minutes, the guy working was very rude also. Ehhh this location was just ok. Nothing spectacular. I went here with a coworker for our break. He ordered the boneless wings combo and I got an order of their Voodoo fries. The cashier was pretty nice and when I went to add an order of veggie sticks to our order, he just threw them in there for free. Food comes out, I dive into my fries, and unfortunately they are not crisp. They are all pretty much soft fries like they weren't cooked all they way to that crispy perfection. We have been getting Wings from the Wingstop at Custer and Parker Road in Plano for years during football season. I think we were as excited about getting wings as we were SEC football starting but were we ever disappointed. We got a couple dozen of the Hawaiian flavor and they were as dry as a bone, absolutely not one drop of sauce - not even in the bottom of the container. I think they forgot to put sauce on them. I called twice to let them know how terrible the wings were and the phone rang until the call dropped. Finally gave up on calling. Next time we'll try another location. This location has gone down hill significantly in the last 6-8 months. We placed an online order and received a notification it was ready after 20 minutes. Drove less than 5 minutes to the location and the food was not ready and took another 20 minutes. Then we got home and the order was wrong. My husband received boneless wings instead of traditional wings, and the fries were missing. So a trip back to the restaurant and 15 minutes later, finally walked out with the fries. The fries were terribly over salted and the Cajun Fried Corn was dried out. And the sad part is, the staff could not have cared less that we waited and then had to go back. This is just the order we chose to review after several bad experiences in a row. Wingstop is just good, solid, period. I've always been satisfied with the wings from this location at Parker/Custer - usually order online, pick up and take home. I'm a huge fan of the lemon pepper or the garlic parmesan - kids like the honey BBQ. Fries are good. Kids say that the ranch is great - usually have to order a few extra ranches since I swear my kids drink it. I also like the carrots and celery, but I don't think that's a deal-breaker for most people. We're a bone-out family, pieces of chicken are good-sized, tender, flavorful. Decided I wanted wings and it had been quite a while since I'd been to Wing Stop so thought I'd give them a try. I ordered online for pickup since they wanted almost $5 for delivery and when you add tip, it adds almost $10 to a $20 order. I picked the boneless wings with 3 different flavors. The wings were similar to BWW style but larger. There is less of a choice in wet sauces but they were adequate. I had the mango habanero which is rated 4* hotness but I've had much hotter. Spicy Korean wasn't very spicy, and the hickory smoked bbq...I got the bbq but not much of the hickory. Now, the worst thing of them all, the cheese fries. The word "cheese" here is used loosely. First, I did specify no seasoning on the fries, and they came with a crap load of seasoning, and it's horrible. It's some sweet, nasty, something or other and the cheese came out of a machine all melted, not proper melted cheddar, I have no idea what this stuff was but the whole combination was ghastly, so much so that I threw the whole thing out. A waste of $3.19+tax...and I never throw food out. They did include plenty of ranch and it's good ranch too. The wings could have done with more sauce and there didn't seem to be an option to have them "extra wet" during the online ordering process. Overall, decent sized boneless for the price, a bit dry on the sauce and not as much choice as other places. Nasty fries that I'll never touch again. Save your money or double check they didn't "season" them with whatever that disgusting stuff is they sprinkle on it, skip the "cheese". Could have been a 4 star review if they used real cheese and kept the fries season free. There are other options locally so I think I'll stick to those in future. read more

If I could give a zero, I would...I placed my order at 6:47pm...All I ordered was a large fry, 3 fresh baked rolls, regular blue cheese, & a side of atomic sauce...It took 33mins to receive my order & once my order was received, the fries were extremely cold, the rolls were not freshly baked, as a matter of fact, they tasted very stale...And my side of atomic sauce container was only halfway full...In no way shape form or fashion, should it take 33mins to receive fries & rolls...And once again, very, very, very cold!
