Not only is the food delicious, the staff is amazing! I accidentally left my wallet and did realize it until two days later. After confirming with the hostess that it was there (big sigh of relief) when I retrieved it, much to my surprise, all the contents to include cash was still there! I was pleasantly surprised at the staff's honesty and integrity. Now for the food, the broth that my friend and I got was delicious and the abundance of conveyor belt food to add was amazing. I've been to Shabu Shabu before, but this was my first time at a combo hot pot with Korean bbq. Sooooo I have never eaten so many pot stickers in my life. The pork pot stickers on the conveyor belt were my favorite, with a tender noodle and soft flavorful pork. The teriyaki salmon came in second. We came for a birthday and were seated pretty quickly on a Friday night. First impressions: very cool, very loud, lively crowd and kinda messy sauce bar. The other stuff: the meat was ok. The miso broth was nice but a little bland. The conveyor belt was a fun novelty. Snatched up the shrimp, pot stickers and noodles for soup. Lots of greens and mushrooms and all that looked good. The lobster ball felt like a plastic little dense ball and we didn't like it. Did we leave full ? Yes Was it fun and an experience? Yes Was it hot and humid ? Yes. Just ask my hair. Service was ok. This is my go to spot for affordable hotpot. Now it has gotten more affordable since they offer a lunch special for $15.99 from 2-3pm & dinner special $25.99 from 3-4:30pm. The thai pot soup base was good, but didn't taste much like tom yum & wasn't even spicy. After awhile it started to taste like tomato soup. The mushroom soup was good too; very earthy & umami. The meats are standard quality as well. The top 3 favorites were natural angus prime, beef toro, & beef brisket. There are variety of toppings on the conveyor belt, but sadly they don't have enoki mushrooms. There are plenty of different sauces at the sauce bar. The service was good. The server would check up on us occasionally to get our meat order & to refill our water. The place is very spacious with plenty of tables to accommodate different size parties. read more

This is our favorite AYCE hotpot restaurant in the area. The individual soups are perfect for picky crowds and the meat selection is very servicable. The big draw here is the conveyor belt bringing a wide variety of hotpot additions such as fish, shrimp, vegetable, noodles, etc. The conveyor belt may seem like a gimmick, but for me, the additions are more important that the meat. With the conveyor, I am free to eat as much as I like without fiddling with a tablet or waiting for a server to come around. The service is alright, all they do is bring drinks and meat, but I don't care as much for the meat. The ambiance is pretty good, very dark and smoky, but not in a way that gives you a cough. They also have other fried foods that you can grab near the sauce bar! VIBES There is a revolving bar with different vegetables, noodles and other things that you can put inside your hot pot. The lighting is on the dimmer side, but there is plenty of seating especially for larger parties. I like how each person can get their own pot for hot pot. On a side note, the seats are deceivingly hard but there is booth seating! SERVICE Service is great! Watch out! SeaPot gift cards have hidden expiration dates! We bought this card last year and asked specifically if there was any expiration date on it and were told no expiration. And there was nowhere written on the card or the receipt about expiration date. But today with $400 left on the card, we were told that the card had already expired!!! When I called the manger out to explain, he rudely cut me off and didn't even want to hear what I had to say.... We arrived at Seapot for dinner on a busy Friday night. There's a huge big screen TV with the Mavs game on, and some really cool lighting on the counters that look like flames. We were seated in less than 5 minutes. The dipping sauce station is not arranged very well. They need to pull it away from the wall to allow access from both sides. The food was very good. For the hot pot, you get your choice of meats and the other hot pot items like vegetables, noodles, and seafood comes around on a conveyor belt. The sauce bar also has some items like snow crab legs, chicken wings, and potato salad. The cost on Friday dinner was $33 and we each had a cocktail for $13 each. With tax and tip we spent $115. It seemed expensive but prices have gone up everywhere. We enjoyed our meal. read more

Our favorite AYCE spot, as they have both hotpot and Korean BBQ. Atmosphere/Ambiance - 5/5 - Large restaurant with a large bar area as well. They have an area for sauces, and fried items as well (I assume for the kiddos, but I enjoyed them as well). They have a conveyor belt for veggie items, so you can just sit and pick what items you would like. Staff - 5/5 - Friendly and attentive. They will come back often so that you make sure you get your fill of the meat items. Food/Drink - I normally just item out what items I usually order. However, with AYCE, it is really hard to do. It is really your preference, so for me, I always go with meat items and a spicy broth. As for the Korean BBQ, again, I go for the beef. They do have HH from 3-6 M-F. Overall, this place is our top spot for AYCE hotpot, and will be back again and again. read more

Not group friendly. I came in with 8 coworkers, and everything was fine until the very end. The way payment was handled made the entire table uncomfortable. They refused to split the check for the group and would not accommodate. This was never explained upfront and there was no signage about it. This was a work outing, not a corporate-paid event, so expecting one person to cover the full bill was a bit unrealistic. Once we sat down our waitress was really friendly and helped us get settled right away. We only got the hotpot and not the bbq. You get to order your broth and the cuts of raw meats you'd like for the hotpot to your server and everything else is either on the conveyer belt or the sauce station. There's a lot of variety at the sauce station, it really has everything you need. There's also sides there such as kimchi and seaweed salad, and crab legs. Desserts such as grass jelly is also there too which is a plus. All the items on the conveyer belt is fresh and we had a great time eating there. While it's crowded and the music was playing, we were still able to hear each other pretty well across the table. Maybe a little more education for them could help but all in all it was what I needed. Sitting down to these giant tables you've got an individual stove for just you and your friends instead of sharing one giant pot. To the end of the booth a conveyor belt is spinning round and round for veggies, noods, and other sides for your delectable soon to be meal. One giant menu is produced for your hot pot AND Korean bbq meats. I love their garlic shrimp and teriyaki salmon for the grill and will sometimes grill them to toss them into my pot for extra umami. It feels contemporary without going overboard. Clean and sleek. We were sat toward the middle and the table fit 4 people comfortably. I loved that the tables weren't crazy big considering it has to accommodate 4 individual hot pots and a kbbq grill plate. I felt like I could have a normal conversation instead of shouting and standing just to reach the grill. The meat was fresh and tasty. The meat was fresh and a good portion. I enjoyed the crab rangoon, egg rolls for the appetizers. Sauce selections were good. Dessert options were limited . But pots was good flavor but very fat for the grill and didn't like the fat that they put all the meat on the grill for us so it was all done .
