Amazing fresh food! The wait is fast, about 10-15 minutes but the food is really, truly hot crispy and delicious. If you order an appetizer it'll be out within 7 minutes so the wait for the food won't feel long. I was advised that it's under new ownership, which explains why everything is so high quality(they swapped to ceramic plates instead of the red plates!) Staff are professional and kind, it's nice to have a short conversation with them while ordering if it's not busy. We tried this place out the other day before dinner rush. Two others came in while we were dining for to go orders which meant we were the only sitting customers. Service was prompt and very nice. We ordered 2 orders of 9 wings instead of one 18 wing order because you can only get one sauce per order, regardless of wing order size. So, 2 orders of 9 wings with soy garlic sauce and hot mala. No one in our party liked the soy garlic. Some bites were very salty and some were very garlic. We all liked the Hot Mala but the taste is rich so none of us at more than 3-4 wings with this sauce. It had a great spice to it but that was not the reason we didn't eat more. The wings themselves were 5 stars! Juicy chicken with a crispy bite- perfect. We will come back to try other flavors. It takes about 20 min for your order but they left you know before hand. The KFC was really good with crispy outside and tender chicken on the inside.
