The past 5 times I've ordered food to go has been extremely under seasoned. I try to not order from this place bc of this reason. I didn't have time to check today before I left the store and regret it. The previous time I ordered fries with extra seasonings and the clerk and I went around and about asking me to pay for the seasoning that was supposed to be put on the fries. The customer service at this location is pretty bad. The food itself is good and consistent with most Wingstops I've been to. This review is mostly about the customer service. I always order online then go in to pick it up. The most recent time I was there, it looked like the guy who helped me was on something. Looked extremely sedated, wouldn't really look up and make eye contact. He asked for my name and I gave it to him. He then walked to the busy kitchen, looked around a bit, seemed overwhelmed/confused, then proceeded to stuff the trash can down with one of the trays that people eat on. After that he walked to a table and cleaned it off. The entire time I'm standing at the front just watching him. Guy from the kitchen noticed me standing there, looked at me several times but didn't approach or acknowledge (I'm guessing because it was the other guy's job to take care of the front of house). When he's done cleaning the table, he sees me standing, reapproaches me and asks me if I'm picking up. I said yes and he asks me for my name again! I give it to him and it finally hits him and he tells me "oh, it'll be about 10min, they're still working on it". The entire thing was hilarious. If he wasn't either drunk or high, then he was definitely mentally checked out! The food ended up being good, typical of Wingstop, but customer service here can be lacking depending on who you get. This isn't always my experience, sometimes the customer service is just fine, but I did want to highlight this experience I had. read more

It is always hit or miss with wingstop and tonight I was a miss again. I ordered online- quick easy, gives timeframe. We arrive with about 5 minutes left. My friend goes inside gives my name comes out with the cups all to say "they have no drinks". The self service drive machine was completely out of everything except diet drinks. This is NOT the first time this has happened. He was furious and wanted to speak to the manager for a refund but the number of people in line to order and/or pick wasn't worth it. He did let the cashier know and the response was "yea, we know, sorry". There wasn't an offer for another drink they may have had in the cooler or anything to compensate for the loss of 2 L drinks. Which means the other customers (5-8) waiting didn't get drinks either. Bad customer service. Our food was a little over cooked, chicken was tough and dry. They just have to be alert to this happening too often. They may need to go with another option . read more

If I could give negative stars I would, seems like a store full of young kids with no sense of order and running around chaotically. Every-time we order, the wings are dry and over cooked. I tried to place an order today for my husband since for whatever reason he still eats here and I was placed on hold for 10 mins and then hung up on. This was around 9:30 pm, 30 mins before closing. I won't even waste my time detailing everything we've experienced just know every single 1 star review is true. They hang up on you when they don't want to take your order. Leave you on hold forever hoping that you hang up. It's always dirty on the inside. The little fridge in the front next to the fryers has cases of chicken not fully covered falling all over the place. Gross! We've seen it left open with chicken just falling out. They pick it up and throw it in the fryer... I've seen this with no gloves on and it's disgusting. They are too comfortable being unprofessional to customers. Young, rude, entitled, nonchalant attitudes. They just don't care. We've seen someone get ignored while standing at the register trying to place an order. They just walked over to the other register and started closing it down. Never acknowledged anyone. I was flabbergasted! I'm not sure how this place passes inspection, or how it's still getting business. It's soo inconsistent. The food is good one day, then cold, dry, or your order is completely wrong the next visit. It needs to be cleaned throughly, new staff that can at least pretend they want to be there, or just shut it down. Let something else come to life here. This wingstop deserves every bit of 1.5 stars & I'm sure they only have that because you have to give them at least one. Not the first issue I've had here. I placed a to go order, my son went to pick it up. No ranch in the bag, sandwich has no pickles. I call, and they want me to make sure I bring the food back "so they can confirm" it's missing what it's missing. Now why on earth would I be driving back up there if it wasn't missing and how are you going to confirm it?! These guys have really improved from day 1. They were buggy, not knowing the menu, not keeping up with orders , and their system going faulty. They seemed to have fixed all that now. We figured it was the typical opening bugs. Now they run smooth, the food is great, everyone's nice, and it's a really nice addition to the town .
