I found a restaurant that serves the kind of food that is welcomed by everyone. Not too extreme but still very authentic. It's the Rice Xpress in Princeton. Four of us ate there recently. We ordered four dishes. King Pao chicken. Mooshu shrimp. Mixed vegetables. Fried catfish. Everything was delicious. The place is clean, casual and the service friendly. You aren't paying for fancy interior decor. Prices are reasonable. My highest recommendation is not the number of stars but whether I will return for another meal. I definitely will. I recommend you try it.
