Great first experience. We're not really wing people, but today I saw an add on Facebook that pictured the chicken sandwich. Drop everything we're going! I ordered the Cajun chicken (medium hot buffalo sauce that is dusted in spicy Cajun seasoning. DH had the lemon pepper. His was really savory with unmistakable lemon flavor. Mine was spicy but not crazy hot, delicious! Good quality buns, several pickles and you choose which dipping sauce you want on the side. We tried blue cheese as well as their ranch and found both to be rich and tasty. We split a large order of seasoned fries, they are similar to Five Guys if you like those you'll love these. Cute interior with plenty of seating, selection of Coke products on tap and a view into the kitchen. Hostess was very genuinely welcoming and thanking everyone. The night management is rude and inconsiderate. My order was canceled and my money was taken. I explained that I was already on my way and because my cook time was five minutes past close. My whole order was canceled. I placed an online order at 11:45 PM and at 11:46 I was told my order would be canceled due to my cook time Being 12:05 AM. I told her I was on my way. Wingstop: The Good: Best wings in town, hands down, no doubt, and prices are fair. The bad: Customer service - it's only as good as management, so unfortunately for the team in Raymore, it's horrible. This of course is only my opinion so far, but since they're still so new, not a great start. If I handled customer service like this location, I wouldn't have a job...for long. The driver: Kim Awesome; she was prompt, great communication, and pleasant. My Experience: Ordered through the app for delivery which is nice, the order was immediately received and initiated, also nice. Ultimately was delivered in a timely manner, 'however' just before it was to be picked up, Kim the driver called (unexpected and appreciated) letting me know they didn't have blue cheese (no biggie right), but since Kim called she asked if I wanted anything else instead; I asked for cheese sauce, which they told Kim yes that was ok. Upon delivery Kim informed me they didn't provide the cheese sauce, because it's an upcharge. So they just lied. When I call to see why they would just lie instead of taking a quick customer service win, and if they can make it right, I'm on hold for 7 minutes to be told the MOD is too busy to address my concern. This review could've easily been much different or avoided. If you want great wings, this is the place, if you want proper customer service should your order not be perfect, good luck. read more

Ordered a 10 piece boneless waited 30 mins than was given bone in. After asking for them to fix it they gave me massive attitude at which point I just asked for a refund. The manager approached me told me it was my fault in the first place than told me than went bizarrely insane on me yelling that "I was messing with the wrong mother f*cker" read more

I was having a fantastic day, looking forward to getting some amazing wings but little did I know that was about to change. I walked in there to take advantage of the $.70 wing special on Mondays and Tuesdays. Wanted 10 wings, nothing more. The cashier was busy on her phone on FaceTime while taking our order. The music was loud so I couldn't hear at first and I thought I heard a total of $15.26. I was thinking to myself how that did not sound quite right but the transaction just went through. I looked at my receipt and I got charged for a meal because the employee was distracted while taking my order. Like anyone else, I immediately requested a refund to fix the problem so we could pay for what we ordered. She called her manager who was an hour late for her shift and not even there yet. The manager was on the phone with the employee being difficult saying how they are not allowed to do any refunds. It was a complete ordeal lasting about 15 minutes. While on the phone with customer service someone else stepped up and called a different manager on FaceTime to help walk them through the refund process. That's eventually got rectified but it was a complete mood killer on what was a good day before that. Never stepping foot inside of a Wingstop again just by that poor customer service from her manager who was not even in the store because she don't know how to manage her own time being an hour late to her shift. read more

I understand they are busy because they just opened but when you go inside the first thing you smell is burnt fryer oil. The fries and corn tastes like burnt fryer oil and went straight in the trash. The boneless wings were good. I am hoping as they get settled in it will get better but for now I am going back to my go to wings place. read more

I ordered my food on 1/7/24 1058 am and went into the store and waited for my food to be done until 1155. I spent $97.52 on 60 wings and 20 chicken strips. In addition, I learned a lot about the restaurant that morning during my wait. I learned from overhearing the disgruntled employees that someone didn't call in or show up for their shift. I learned that the owners/managers do not care about these types of occurrences and most likely do not care what occurs in the store. Naturally, after waiting on my food for an hour my food was cold when I brought it home. During this time there were 2 other orders and 2 walk-ins from what I can tell. The boneless wings did not have enough sauce on them and were very greasy. The bone in were fine other than the temperature. Based on the wait time, hearing more than I should have, and the quality of food; I cannot justify spending close to $100 or $10 for that matter. Cannot recommend this restaurant until efficiency improves, quality food and service are addressed. read more

Don't waste your time and money here! Ordered 2 hours in advance for delivery. Didn't even start the order until after the delivery time. Poor door dasher waited there almost an hour to retrieve the order, we gave him extra tip when he came. We spent about 40 minutes on the phone talking to an employee (and waiting on a manager) that couldn't even find the order in the system, then all of a sudden it magically showed up! Argued that it had already been picked up at one point. We told them it had not and our door dasher was still there waiting. He was doing his job communicating to us. Once we talked to the magager he asked if we were a regular customer, like that matters. Food once it arrived was something I could have gotten out of a Tyson bites at the local grocery store. I hate to leave a bad review. Hope they can get it together. Don't see myself making habit of dining here much, if at all in the future. read more
