We arrived at 7:24pm, proceeded to pick up our order at the counter. The 1st sales associates said it would be another 5 minutes. 10 minutes has passed and our order is still not ready, so I proceeded again to the counter. This time, the 2nd sales associate said, "can't you see we are busy?!?!, your order will be ready when it's ready". Wow! I was shocked! Nothing else needs to be said. I highly suggest if this is a franchise location, the owner address the poor customer service. We will NEVER go back to this location! read more

I love wing stop every now and then for lunch or dinner. Love the cajun and lemon pepper wings! They are the most tasty flavors they have there. But what I love more about Wing Stop is the service in the Redwood City location! I have gone to this location twice and Alex who is the cashier has taken care of me twice and he is just one of the most friendliest and helpful guys there! Once, I asked him for a recommendation and he told me his favorites, such as the lemon pepper. The two times that I have gone he has not only been really friendly and helpful with me but I have seen him take care of most of his costumers too! He's great! I went there on Super Bowl Sunday, tons of people there! Staff did the best the could given they received 500+ online orders; orders no staff of 5 can hold up. You know, I love wing stop. However this location falls short! Came in on a Saturday night to place an order to go. What a mistake I had made. After waiting about 5 minutes while the one girl talked on the phone and the other went back to talk to one of the cooks, who's pants were down past his butt and I could see his batman boxers. (Pull up your pants please). I placed my order at 7:47pm and she had told me it would be 14 minutes. But don't expect to sit anywhere because the tables were taken and there's 1 bench. Standing room only for our 14 minute wait. Which would not have been so bad except at 8:10 we still were not called for our order. Finally at 8:15 they called my name. Incorrectly, and when I had correctly said my name she looked at me as if I was wrong for correcting her! Seriously, I wanted to make sure my order and not someone else's!! So after waiting almost 35 minutes I finally got my food and went home. To find my order was short. I ordered 15 wings for my mom and dad to share but only got 9. I love eating at wingstop and enjoy their food but the fact that they never answer their phones or they just disconnect it makes you not even want to order there. Then when you walk into the store after trying to call, they are just standing around talking to each other and didn't bother to greet or acknowledge you. I understand that they have to stay open late and want to go home after a long day but come on at least stick to your customer service. The business will make more money and bring in more customers based on their workers. If a customer sees good service they keep coming back with mire tips and other potential customers which may or may not raise your pay rate. Best service I've ever experienced. At my job I have a 30 minute break. Wing stop is a 7 minute walk from my job. And Since I forgot to bring food to work I panicked called ahead hoping I can get some wings dropped. The lady answered and asked me if I could hold.
