I had been craving wings for a while and for some reason never been to Wingstop before. Decided to order some for delivery due to social distancing but after I placed the order through a third party app it was taking too long so I decided to go pick it up. The staff was so friendly and even made me a fresh order since my original order had been sitting for a while. I felt so bad that I didn't have cash to tip. A+ customer service and the food is just as good. Delicious, I got boneless wings and those Louisiana Voodoo fries oooo those are spicy but oh so good. Love wing stop I'm from LA moved to Richland last year I'm used to eating BWW so I was glad to find out they had wing stop here after finding out their was no BWW.. Im a wing lover I eat wing stop at lease once a week.. I usually order from my app for pick up and they always have my order on time if not before.. Been to the one in pasco a couple of time but the always get my order wrong or don't get my order at all.. We love Wing Stop!! Ok, so a little more indepth review is usually helpful, so here we go. We love Wing Stop because it is good. But really, Jeremy and I go there every Wednesday while the kids are in karate, it's kind of our splurge night. Anyways, the people there are awesome, they are always so nice and even laugh at some of Jeremy's stupid jokes... I mean titilating antics.... They have a good amount of flavors, tried quite a few of them, Hickory Smoke BBQ being my favorite, Atomic being Jeremy's. I am actually really surprised though they don't have a Honey BBQ.. oh well, still amazing! Now after hearing all kinds of things about hot Wingz, we tried out that place. I was very dissapointed (that review to come). They boast about having 15 or some odd flavors, but it appeared to me that like 3 or 4 of those were just the same flavor in a different heat. I tried a few times, but couldn't locate 15 different flavors. Anyways, because we typically get the Boneless Strips (cause neither of us really like wings...not enough meat) when we were at Hot Wingz, they were like little nuggets. Wing Stop had far bigger strips. One thing I love about this place is their consistency from their timing of their food, to the different flavors and size, you can pretty much expect the same thing each time, meaning you won't get jipped on one trip. This is good food for sure. I really, really want to give it 5 stars, but there are several things holding me back...I want a full belly after spending $10. You will not be asking for a to go box. It's not that you are exactly still hungry when you are done, but the wings are small and you are only getting 10 of them. Other areas for them to improve on: I had to ask for ketchup from the guy who took my order. He held out a basket with the little ketchup packets. I say put them on the table. Better yet, put a big ol' bottle or two on the table. The other thing is that there is a roll of paper towels...again, where you take your order. Put some napkins on the tables too! Your fingers are going to get messy! What they do well is keep the ordering as simple as possible while still leaving plenty of choices. I highly recommend this place for it's yummy food. Until a recent move about four mouths ago took me out of the area, this specific WingStop was my regular to-go place for lunch and dinner. My patronage was so high, the staff knew me by name and my normal order well before I would actually step up to the counter. The staff was a big reason I kept coming back, as they were always upbeat and fun to talk to and joke with. As for the food, always great and tasty. Since I am a big guy, I would usually go with the 10 piece combo meal that, more or less, left me in a quasi-comatose state instantly after finishing. Those combos have just the right amount of food to leave most pretty full. For those who struggle to handle spice/heat on their wings (like myself), the mild is a great middle ground, providing just enough pop and flavor without being too spicy. The fries are streets ahead of any other in the city with a very unique and tasty flavor to them. Pricing wise, I think they are pretty reasonable. For the amount of food and quality you get, I think that paying around $10+ a trip is totally worth it for a individual. They are also great with take-out. Most of the time, I was in and out of the place within 10 minutes with my food in hand. Highly recommend to everyone who likes wings or anyone who likes to get their om nom nom on. read more

Let me just say that we usually go to the pasco location. We stopped going a while back because we always got crappy food and even crappier service. Today we were in close by and decided to eat here because well, I love Atomic wings. The service was good, the restaurant was clean, and the food was honestly GREAT. HOT! Wing Stop is OK, should be great though because how hard is it to make hot wings? I've tried multiple wings from them now, even though I love original hot the best, and they have all been just OK, nothing outstanding. And the bleu cheese is terrible, very bland flavor. The ranch wasn't much better. The fry's are great though, love them every time I go. I'll stick to making better wings at home and just buying better bleu cheese from the store. read more

This establishment has a very upbeat staff, mostly Jalen, he was very nice and cracked jokes with me and made my experience very worth while. The COVID-19 precautions they took was also very nice to see as they supplied hand sanitizer and nicely enforced their rules not in a rude and commanding way. I've gone to other Wingstops and they didn't act this way which was very nice to see. Overall I'd recommend, as on top of all this the food was prepared very well and wasn't improperly lathered in the sauces. read more

Went here with a friend. Interesting. I had the 8 piece, and I split it between Hawaiian and Cajun. I'm pretty spice tolerant, but the Cajun was too much for me. Couldn't finish it. Not even with my drink that I ordered and my glass of water I had to get. I was really amused by the order taker. He said the order would be ready in exactly 9 minutes. Oh really? Since I was with a friend, I didn't time it to see if they were right. I got the ranch dressing instead of the blue cheese mentioned in other reviews. Not bad..... My friend thought it would be a "sit down, with a food server" restaurant, he was a bit disappointed it was a "fast food" but it was still ok. Also, my friend ordered a side of vegetable sticks, and they forgot to include it. My friend had to remind them. This was a bit of a disappointment. This store had two TV's to watch. We came here in early evening, so I didn't notice whether there would be room to park an RV. I am guessing you would have to park nearby in one of the "big box" store parking lots. I create Yelp account to let everybody know about wingstop, the good and bad. The food is quite good, my first time having wings in the USA, and a good experience I will surely repeat time and time again. However, the child behind the register was the most irritating human being I have ever seen. He does not wait for me to get through the door before he yells at the top of his lungs, asking if I am picking up. After this, he speaks with so many stutters I want to hop over the counter and get the food myself. It takes him three tries going back and forth to find my food, and another to get my drink. The BBQ wings are excellent, but please keep him in the back from now on. He is offputting, and his acne makes his head look like a golf ball. This upset me greatly. I shall return, but I will request that he not talk to me while I'm in the restaurant. The food? 5/5 the fool? 0/5. Please be wary of hiring the village idiot. I loooove WingStop, and have for years. I guess my previous location spoiled me as a regular because I thought the service was very "meh" when we went the other night. We came in 40 minutes before closing time, and as someone who's worked in the food service industry, I get pre-closing cleaning. I do. But when we came in, we were going to order baked beans as a side. We were told that had already been put away. No problem, I'll get potato salad instead. Still no. They put that away too. Our only option for a side was fries. Other than that disappointment, the food was great, the place was clean, and the workers were nice. I just had the worst experience at the Wing Stop in Richland, WA. I called in an order for pick up. First when he looked up my phone number to see what I had ordered the last visit and he said it was some huge order of wings we have never had. I just told him we'd just start a new order. I wanted a 10 PC BONE IN MEAL with fries and a drink. Then we order just 10 pieces boneless wings. And 2 extra sauses. He would read it back wrong so I corrected him. And then he read it back again wrong so I corrected him again. And he snapped at me! Told me I was interrupting him. And basically I was wrong and needed to stop talking. My husband took over trying to get the order right. It took another minute or two for him to get the guy get our order correctly. We got there 5 minutes after we placed our order. It was ready. They gave us dried up bone in wings right away, not fresh that takes 12+minutes, bone in ,to make fresh. With the struggle that reseraunts are having now you'd think they would be a little bit better. I tell you I will NEVER eat at that Wing Stop again. My husband can't get enough of this place! The employees are all very friendly and accommodating, we never have issues. I don't eat fried food, so I just get the carrot and celery boat with hot sauce for dipping! Saves me a lot of time in the kitchen...he loves their ranch dressing! Finally, a place to get some decent wings that's not in a bar! Alas, "decent" describes the wings to a T. Some of the flavors we tried were good (e.g. garlic parmesan and bbq), but they're tiny and even my kids had to eat, like, 45 of em' just to curb their little appetites. The service was good, if a little slow, but the sodas are refillable so we didn't have to salvage our drinks until our food arrived. My wife really liked the homemade french fries, but I like mine a little crispier. All in all, I'd probably give it another go if I was in the neighborhood and tired of everything else. read more

We went here last week, three of us this time. Ordered the 35 piece family pack. We got garlic Parmesan, original hot and atomic. Three guys in their 20's could not eat all the wings. We took down the delicious fries though. So to the family with the kids that ate like 40 of them, your either exaggerating by a lot or your kids are fat. When I want wings, this is where I end up. It's ok, and I haven't found better in the tri-cities. I've tried the Bone in Teriyaki (too sweet), Cajun (spicy dry rub) and the Regular Hot wings (about the right amount of heat & good wet sauce). So usually go for the Regular Hot, but I wish they would source bigger wings - the ones they serve are on the scrawny side. Skip the boneless wings - unless you really like lots of breading on your chicken. Their Bourbon baked beans are really good, the cole slaw is just ok. If you like crispy golden fries look elsewhere, theirs are limp like they've been baked instead of fried, (the wife likes them - for me, with enough catsup they're edible) We visit once a month or so to get our wing fix. read more

Tri-Cities was lacking a distinctive wing place for quite some time. Wing Stop fixed that. Yes, perhaps not the best place ever, but it isn't that bad. Those that complain about the small wings must not frequent other wing areas around town much. Wing Stop has, hands-down, the biggest wings in the Tri-Cities area. Try other places in town... I dig this place but only when I feel like I'm getting a reasonable deal (is it plainly apparent that I am cheap?) Visit on Mondays and Tuesdays and snag the .50 boneless wings, and feel better about your wallet. I dig on the original hot, and the garlic Parmesan.
