Unfortunately have to update my previous review. Placed an order tonight through the wingstop app. I knew it was going to be a long wait probably because of the spurs game, I was totally fine with that. About an hour after I placed the order, I got a call from the DoorDash driver (wingstop pushed the order to DoorDash) saying that someone stole my food and for me to call wing stop. I called wingstop to tell them the situation and the guy I spoke to already knew and told me dashers are supposed to sign in when they take orders but they don't like to. He said to go online to where I placed the order (wingstop app) and request a refund or replace my order. I asked him if there's anything he can do and he said that if we come in and speak to the GM we can ask him to remake the order. I went on the wingstop app where there is absolutely no number to call. I googled the number and called, only to be told that a case has been opened and they will reach out to me within 48 hours. I told her I just want to get a refund at this point and she told me (with an attitude) that this is the process. So now we have no food and no update on a refund. AND the order is somehow not cancelled on doordash's end because they keep assigning new dashers who keep messaging me that they don't have my order read more

I'm Saturday Oct 11, I ordered through Wingstop.com a delivery order. I never received my wings. I called the driver that was listed on my order. He told me that the restaurant had told him that a different driver picked up my order. He went to the restaurant so that I could speak to them. They told me there was nothing they could do. Also the boyfriend of one of the workers pulled a gun on the driver. Wingstop's website is also of no help as there is no way to contact anyone for my refund. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I refrained from posting this review since my sister was waiting on the supervisor named Rudy to reach back out to her. To give Wingstop a chance to hold those men accountable for their disgusting remarks. Rudy said an investigation was going to be launched and he would reach back out to my sister and follow up. I understand it takes time, but it's been a few weeks and nothing. She called the other day and asked to speak with Rudy and he was not in, a message was left for him and he has yet to reach out to her. There were grown men working at the location on 6615 Fm 78 Rd , San Antonio Texas that were being homophobic towards my nephew who is a CHILD. My mother and nephew went there yesterday to enjoy some wings and when they sat down waiting for their order they over heard these 5 grown men who work there talking about " if that were my son I wouldn't allow him to come out the house looking like that" Mind you my nephew curled his own hair that day because he CAN. Have read other customer service reviews, but personally no real problems with this location. So far. Impressive variety while maintaining simplicity on the menu. 3 styles. With the bone, sans bone, tenders. Obviously a personal taste choice, but my vote is for original style. Consistently tender, with 11+ flavor choices, including both dry and wet rubs, you cannot go wrong. For someone who does not usually like boneless, have to admit Wingstop's are mighty tasty. Still prefer the original, but you won't hear any serious complaints from me with those round bite-sized morsels of deliciousness. Breading is crispy but not burnt, chicken is flavorful and moist. Do have complaints, however, when it comes to the tenders. They are typically overdone with breading that is burnt on the edges on some pieces. Also not very moist or tender. Go figure. Their other styles are more tender than their un-tender tenders! What else is on the menu? Some soft oily seasoned tasty fries! Delicious yeast rolls. Corn nuggets. Carrot and celery sticks. Ranch, bleu cheese, honey mustard; house made sauces or sauces that taste house made. Drinks. Online ordering system is a cinch. Customer service is efficient and friendly. This wing spot needs a little more leadership, it's a very convenient location but doesn't execute like it should. I was told my wings would be done in 25 minutes, I got here before time and they were ready. When I first ordered the wings the lady on the phone didn't even ask me any questions and almost over charged me. She tried to charge me a combo when I only wanted wings. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else and pretty much hung up because she thought I was done ordering. When I got home to eat with my family the wings were dry as if they had been sitting there for a while. If my wings were fresh they would be wet and a fall off the bone. They were the opposite of that, and really hard on our teeth. I chose this wing spot over another location for dinner but seems like I'm just gonna go back. She was wearing what looked like the clear-ish nitrile food handler gloves underneath black nitrile gloves. Very disappointed. We are avid wingstop lovers and were VERY excited when we learned that one was opening up just down the street from us. The first time we ordered, everything was great as usual. But the last couple of times they have been HORRIBLE. They have been super slow and the wings have absolutely no sauce or flavor.
