I must say this was my first time visiting this location at the wing daddy's on patranco and the manager John greeted us at the door he was super nice and professional . It was not crowded. The waiter was awesome was very attentive and paid attention to us when we was ordering our food and let's not mention the food, the food was awesome. Made to perfection how I wanted it. everything was good so I give it a nine out of 10. The only reason I don't give it a 10 out of 10 is when I went to the restrooms, they can definitely do a lot better when it comes to cleanliness the napkins had food and sauce residue on it so I had to switch some napkins from one table to the next, the bathrooms had to unpleasant odor wasn't the cleanest but overall it was super good. I don't wanna take the fact that the service and everything was awesome. I definitely would come back. read more

Update: ZERO STAR. Johnny told my husband that he made an "exception" to make the order all flats as requested and extra crispy. However, when we got home, the order was completely wrong. The wings were not extra crispy and were not even hot anymore. At this point, it honestly feels like he just said whatever needed to be said to avoid us getting upset in the restaurant, only for us to get home and realize the order still wasn't done correctly. After all the back and forth, rude attitude, and lack of professionalism from the beginning, this just made the experience even worse. Instead of trying to help or provide any kind of customer service, he repeatedly stated that since the order was placed online, there was nothing he could do. I even offered a simple solution by asking him to cancel the order and recharge me correctly with the flats upcharge included, but he refused. There was absolutely no effort made to accommodate the situation or resolve the issue in any way. Instead, I was asked if I wanted to speak with the GM, Andres, as if passing the problem off was easier than helping a customer. The most frustrating part is that this issue could easily be avoided if the website simply stated that customers need to call the store directly when requesting flats. Instead, customers are left frustrated and inconvenienced because there is no clear process and apparently no willingness from management to help when issues arise. This restaurant used to be a good place to come when pluckers was packed. Don't bother. Food was horrible. Queso wasn't warm. Wings were not good. Fries were undercooked. Beer was flat. Service was horrible. I don't know if it's the waitresses making the place seem sad or the place making the waitresses seem sad. Place was way too loud for the time of day. Seems like a small thing but none of the TVs were synched to what was on the speakers. All in all. After many fairly decent meals at this place, I won't be returning. Like ever. read more

The food is always great. The servers are so attentive too! We usually come about 1 a week for some margs & wings - the manager even came over and recognized that we are here often & make sure that we were being taken care of. We normally have a great experience at Wing Daddy's. But today our server was not attentive, the food was cold and the service was slow.

We were impressed by Wing Daddy's after reading all of the mediocre reviews. So, yeah I did take one star off because when we walked in we stood there for a few minutes without anyone acknowledging us...no sign or anything so we proceeded to just walk to a table and made eye contact with the bartender who agreed for us to seat ourselves. Once we found a high top table, our waiter came along and introduced herself and brought waters. They have soooo many different frozen margarita's and they are really tasty too!!! Very reasonable prices as well!!!! Full bar for those that aren't into margaritas! As for wings, I am a pretty plain jane wing eater so I got the girly (mild buffalo) ones. I was super surprised at how juicy the wings were. Usually wings are dry and overloaded with sauce but these wings were hot and juicy - cooked to perfection. I didn't care for their fries though - in the grease too long for me. Our waitress was attentive and offered suggestions to the menu since it was our first time. Military discount offered as well. Overall, not a bad spot to grab wings - so I am sure we will be back eventually! read more

There seems to be an issue with the app and transcribing online orders. Twice in the past 4 months I ordered delivery thru the Wing Stop app but was notified by the restaurant it showed as a pick up order. Therefore I called the restaurant to confirm they received the order as intended due to the previous encounter. Wing daddy's wings are great IF you order them with sauce on the side. I usually get lemon pepper, then whatever flavor I want on the side. I do this, so if I don't finish them, I can reheat later, and they stay crunchy. Unfortunately, you have to tell your waitress to make sure they are hot when they come out. Of course, they were taking precautions due to the shut down, so we had sit outside because the inside tables were 3 people max. The waitress was a little slow, but they were learning to adjust. I'm my previous visits, I never had a problem. This time, I had a salad with buffalo shrimp. The salad was hardy with about 9 full size shrimp with the sauce I my choice. I chose regular buffalo sauce and the least spicy with blue cheese as my dressing. I didn't finish my salad and was full. The tomatoes were fresh and they weren't skimpy. We walked in and there was about 5 people just standing there... Not sure if employees or not, we were sat right away at a seemingly clean table in the back corner which was cool. We sat there maybe 2 minutes before the waitress arrived. When she did arrive she asked us what we wanted, we said we didn't know because we have no menus... She walks to the front and come back with 2 small pieces of paper with QR codes on them and said here are the menus. Said ok cool, we ordered drinks and a sampler platter. The drinks took about 5 minutes my wife had the Mango Chamoy Margarita and whoa that thing was strong! I had my usual short double Tito's and Pineapple and it was strong as well! The sampler platter took about 20 minutes but when we got it everything was delicious! Spicy wings, crispy fried pickles and gooey cheese sticks! GIANT BUG FOUND IN FOOD AND TERRIBLE MANAGER (jason) I was craving wings last night and my boyfriend and i visited this location seeing as the last and first time we went the food was amazing. Unfortunately though last night was far from the last visit. We walked in and sat down and a server didn't get to us until almost 10 minutes. Eventually we got our drinks and our order of fried pickles which i ate almost all of them. When we ordered i decided to try a new flavor, hellfire, and get a larger amount of wings since i was hungry. When the food came i ate one wing and they were very dry so i asked the waitress if i could get a cup of the sauce to add more to it. She brought out a cup and there was something black floating in it. I scooped it out with a fork thinking it was a pepper corn but looking at it closer i saw legs and antenas. i tried to cut it in half to really see what it was but i was unable to do so. I then put it in a napkin to clean it off and i saw what looked like a beetle or a cockroach. i left it in the napkin and took pictures of it. i waiting for the waitress to come back to tell her about it and she took the napkin and sauce back with her. She told who im guessing was a manager and he approached us asking what he could do for us. I felt the least he could have done was given us the meal for free but he said since we had "already eaten most of the food" mind you i had one wing my boyfriend hadn't touched his food and the fries we ordered had also barely been touched, between the both of us we probably had at least 10 fries. He said maybe half of the meal free but eventually he only took 2 dollars off our check ..... he asked if we needed anything else and my boyfriend wanted a to go box and the manager said "since you're taking it to to we can't take anything off the check" LIKE WHAT KIND OF LOGIC IS THAT ??? i wanted to make a scene so bad but i felt anxiety. we ended up leaving a 6 dollar tip thinking it'd go to the waitress (Nicole) but realized after that he changed the check name to his (jason). during this whole time sitting at the table trying to figure it out we also noticed this place got a B score for the restaurant, an 86 which makes sense considering what happened and the other reviews. i will NEVER come back there ever again or a wing daddy's in general. i wish i could give it less than a one but i had to give it at least that to share this experience. read more
