If you ever happen to want wingstop on your lunch break you can bet your ass you won't get it anywhere near on time even if you place your order TWO HOURS AHEAD OF TIME. I have called numerous times to get an update on my order and nobody answers. I have gone in person and have seen the cashier just stand there and waits for everyone else to answer calls and take orders. When i go to pick up my order he tells me to wait and he decides to check my order only to find out that they messed up. Why wait around until the customer come to pick up their order?! I'm not sure how to begin. I ordered online, because I like to order and then go and pick it up it's just easier. Our order said it'll be 23-28 minutes we waited INSIDE of the Wingstop for an hour. We ordered our food at 7:50, and we got out food at 9. When it only said 23-28 minute wait. But that's not all, there were at least 15 minutes inside of this location when during this time of COVID-19 I think it should've been around 8 the location was super small. And the Cashier wasn't giving people their orders on the rack and was asking if anyone had a drink with an order. So, we told her we did but they only had very few options my partner had to get a different drink and both of our drinks were flat. And the crazy part is there's still more, none of the workers had gloves on other than an older white lady. And she also was the only one really working. Actually making peoples orders running around making fries and everything while there were 4 workers total. During this whole "dinner rush" I guess you could call it, one of the workers takes a break and they return with Starbucks and takes it into the kitchen with all of the food and doesn't have his mask on, and he is walking around in the kitchen with his mask off and his drink in his hand. So, when we finally get home with our food, it was beyond dry and the fries were colder than the ranch was. If I could give this location 0 stars I most definitely would. If I could give it a zero I would. The wings are so dry and my order was wrong, before I paid for it I had reconfirmed with the cashier because the total seemed too low for what I had ordered and he reassured me it was correct. I got my order and it was completely wrong. This wing stop is EXTREMELY unsanitary, WINGS WERE REALLY SOGGY, GAVE ME A FOOT WITH A CLAW still intact. I could not even finish 8 PIECES from losing my appetite, this place deserves lower than a B. Please don't go to this location. Either go to a different location or just go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Please go anywhere other than here. We walked in and ordered around 9:30pm and didn't get our order until 10:30. We were told the wait time was 30 min after we ordered and paid. Everyone else that ordered around the same time as us had the same experience. None of the employees seemed to care including the manager. It was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. The first time was around the grand opening i was welcomed as soon as i walked into the store and the food was great. The second and third time i came and ordered food it was incorrect both times and both times when i asked for a manager she came from the back as if she were chilling not doing any work while there were only 2 employees in the kitchen with a lobby full of customers. Called to order food for pickup and sat on hold for 30 mins showed up to the restaurant still on hold and the two young sisters are without hairnets and gloves.. this is coming from a black man.. we gotta do better.. the service was terrible I ordered red my food and was told the wait was 25 mins.. I waited 45 .. then I ordered a large fry and regular fry but the large fry had the same mount of fries as the regular and the young sister explained to me that the fry boat was "bigger" .. they stand around not really doing nothing except the occasional pickup of frys in oil or wings but no real work happens fluidly which is why the wait is enormous for every customer. Sisters I love y'all but do better. As a black man I try to be more than patient with you and it seemed that during my experience I was not given the same respect.
