The worst wingstop EVER! I have been going to wingstop since 2004. They have NEVER messed up my order. It was 9:45pm Monday and the girl on the phone told me 20-25 mins...ok, fine. I show up at 30 mins and my food is still not ready. I have never had a wingstop take so long. She told me 5 mins more, which turned into 15 mins. So 45 min wait -_- . Now i dont mind waiting for my food but what I dont like is telling me 25 mins and me having wait 20mins more. Tell me the right time so im not standing around when i go. If you behind just say that. WTF?! So, I get my food and the shift manager gives me coupons for boneless wings(blah) to rectify the problem...ok cool! So, I get home start eating one side and flip to the other flavor, which happens to be my fav and come to find out, they put mild instead of cajun, which pisses me off. The flavors are completely different. The mild wasnt even wet enough. It had a bland taste to it. I had to mix them with barbecue sauce at home. Ugh! And heres the even bigger kicker. I called 13 times and they wont answer the phone. Around 7 times they started to answer and hangup on me. Will be reporting everyone in the kitchen tomorrow. Wont return! I should have walked out as soon as I saw how sticky and nasty the floor was. Everything is dirty. They don't clean anything. I know..so why did I order food. Man, tried to call this place for 15 min on my drive over there to order. I ordered and told the lady, she was dismissive and acted like it happens all the time. They for sure had the ringer off, because I called again while I was waiting for my food while I was sitting there. I generally like placing my orders before I get there so I don't have to wait. I ended up waiting 20 min for the food .This place always has the worst service ever but the food is good. Guess they didn't want the ringer on so they didn't have to make as much food. I was having some issues with the wing stop near where I live (they keep closing early D: ), so I went to a new place. I called in and spoke to this wonderful lady named Debbie. She not only handled my order with accuracy, she was super friendly too. It didn't take long for my order and the place was spotless when I went in to wait. Going here was one of the bigest mistakes I have ever done. I tried this place for the first time when they advertised the new chicken sandwiches. We ordered the sandwiches. I ordered barbecued, my partner ordered plain, both with fries. The pictures of the food looked so good. When we got home with our order and sat down to eat. We were shocked by the super dark fries, that were obviously cooked in old oil, and they were covered in some kind of sugar, yuck! The barbecue sauce smelled like fish. The plain sandwich was an orange patty in a bun with two pickles. What's up with the orange patty? I also tried the barbecued wings. I took one bite and spit it out. It was mostly skin and fat, and gooey. The whole meal was a bust! We tossed the whole meal in the trash. I spent $28.35 for the worst food I have ever seen, come out of a restaurant. The only saving grace for this place was the food. IF you're doing take out I would rate this place at 4.5 stars, but if you're eating in, I rate this place at 3 stars. The tables are really close to each other and if there are a lot of people in the building it can be hard to get to a table. Also, there are no trash cans for people to throw away their stuff after they are done eating and the staff takes forever to clear off the table {even when they're not busy}. Perfect gloomy Friday night meal. When my boyfriend and I first walked in, we were unsure of what to order and it was obvious by us changing our order and unsure of what sides to get. Jacheline was the person who took our order and she proceeded by giving us samples of potao salad and cold slaw. When we finally chose what we wanted, we ordered a meal which totaled $32 after tax.
