Debora the manager and her staff are extremely attentive and always friendly. This is one of the best Wingstop's in the area and I definitely recommend. Nayda was the cashier who helped us and she was very patient with not only us but with other customers who were ahead of us. I really appreciate that Debora makes sure her entire staff follows COVID-19 precautions. They're always sanitizing and making sure there is only 4 customers inside at a time. I think they sprinkle some addictive substance on the wings because I just tried Wing Stop for the first time today and already want to go back! I didn't give 5 stars due to in my opinion the fries were way too salty - I was thinking of taking an Aspirin after... I ordered the Lemon Pepper, a favorite of a Hip Hop artist who owns many Wing Stop locations. And that fat boy knows what he's talking about! My husband and I arrived home from a trip late last night, and thankfully this location was still open and accepting delivery orders. I called the El Cajon Blvd location and got hung up on 3 times. Like the first time they answered, talked to me, then hung up. I called back they picked up and hung up the phone. I was finally offered a refund or a nugget meal (which is less than the cost of two sandwiches). And the refund doesn't include the delivery fees or tips that I paid for. I asked for the refund option for the two sandwiches, which I never received! I then contacted Wingstop through email and someone called me back to say sorry and that they would refund me the entire amount. Well I never received that refund either. I would still go to wingstop and order at the location, but I would never order online from their store again. Terrible customer service and this El Cajon Blvd location has bad reviews for a reason. Because of this, you'll understand my disappointment after our drive home and the casual unboxing ceremony only to find that my sauces were nowhere to be found. Typically this would be fairly minor and I'd tough it out but it was basically the straw to break Brad B's back. The sauce incident brought all the little things that we experienced at the restaurant front and center. For one, the ladies working last night could care less if we were there or if Barak Obama walked through the front door. After about a minute at the counter to order one of the ladies finally walked up, chewing on her snack, and didn't even react to our friendly "hello!" We were simply an obstacle to her reaching the end of her shift. Additionally, the soda machine went under an employee maintenance session while we waited for our food and after over 10 minutes we still weren't able to refill our drinks and frustration certainly set in when the machine was left inoperable when it came time for us to leave.
