Prior to the pandemic my service was mediocre. That all changed. I always call my order in and it's a usual 20-25 minute wait before pickup. They have a 4 limit customer inside the store for take out. Space for social distancing, clean card swipes, hand sanitizer available, and a glass protection between customer and cashiers. Nayda was the cashier who helped us and she was very patient with not only us but with other customers who were ahead of us. I don't like my wings sauced when served but I don't like to eat my wings dry either. Typically when I order wings I order them "naked with sauce on the side." This ensures that they start crispy and don't end up soggy from sitting in the sauce by the time I eat them. So, when taking our order to go last night I ordered two of their dry-rubbed options with two sauces on the side. Because of this, you'll understand my disappointment after our drive home and the casual unboxing ceremony only to find that my sauces were nowhere to be found. Typically this would be fairly minor and I'd tough it out but it was basically the straw to break Brad B's back. The sauce incident brought all the little things that we experienced at the restaurant front and center. For one, the ladies working last night could care less if we were there or if Barak Obama walked through the front door. After about a minute at the counter to order one of the ladies finally walked up, chewing on her snack, and didn't even react to our friendly "hello!"
