I have never once gotten a correct order from this restaurant. I do carry out. Wrong type of wings. Wrong sauce. Wrong quantity. All of it. Today....I call to tell them that all these things were wrong and they say that it is ME who has to bring it back, they will not refund or discount and they will not begin the correct order till I arrive with the wrong order. New Wingstop near me and I'm super excited! Every time I come here the employees greet me with a smile and the food is on point. I came when they first opened and the difference in the first time and now has shown so much improvement. (Can't ever judge a place when they first open but they did pretty good I must say). I love Wingstop, their food, their management, and their customer service. You definitely get what you pay for and I would say in a good way. This is the third time I have eaten at the new Wingstop in San Marcos, CA. First time, the wings were swimming in oil. Not making this up. The oil in the tray came up past my first knuckle on my index finger. The second visit, it was okay. No issues. Today was visit #3. The photo below should answer any questions. 6 wings combo with Vegetable sticks. The photo is of one of the six wings. They were all small, but one was tiny and broken with no eatable meat. Just a bit of totally fried what could have once been meat. And as an added bonus, a beautifully sauced Feather on one of the BBQ wings! All this for $10.99 plus tax. Came here on a Friday ordered 15 boneless wings and buffalo fries. It took a little over 25 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got the food to go. When I ordered the buffalo fries I asked them to put boneless wings on there and they charged me $2 for 5 wings. When I got him the fries did not have the wings on there. They just put the wings for the fries with the other wings. I wasn't too annoyed with that since i can just put them on the fries myself. We ordered mild and Hawaiian sauce for the boneless wings. The wings that were ordered as mild barely had any sauce on them. They were pretty much plain boneless wings with minimal sauce on them. Truthfully the worst service ever. Rude workers who talked and ignored us, and snapped when we asked how much longer after the 45 minute wait. Then after the wait we discovered they didn't give us the sauce i ordered, forgot wings, and didn't put of the requested seasoning on the fries. This location opened recently. Order took a surprisingly long time to fill. Got the three piece chicken tender combo with mild sauce and ranch dressing. The portions were fine but it was easily the saltiest thing I've eaten in a very long time. Way over seasoned. The ranch dressing tasted like blue cheese so there might have been a mix up there. I went there with my two friends and once we went in Arlett who was at the register gave us very ingenuine "I hate my job" vibes and overall wasn't rude, but definitely wasn't good service. The wings were fairly chewy and the sauce wasn't bad but for 12.50 for 5 (And we were missing one of them) it's kind of a rip off. We also got two of the cheese fries (I said cheese curds but bad on me for not realizing it was fries but I wasn't corrected by Arlett which is disappointing again) the fries for 4 dollars were soggy and had the cheap cheap nacho cheese that you can get for .20 cents at the grocery store. This location is horrid. The worst experience the other night. I placed an online order and went to pick it up for my pregnant fiancé. It was a long day and it was already 9:30pm .. I forgot my facemask at home and ran inside real fast to pick up my order which was PREPAID online and was refused the order. I was told without a mask I can't be helped. This was my second time ordering from this location and I hesitated to return bc customer service was so poor with 4 people working the lunch shift . So glad I gave it a second chance. The employee AZZY was friendly, responsive, and promptly completed my order. I must add that she was running the show SOLO. I couldn't believe she was the only one working and handled the rush in strides above the other 4 people working the first time I went.
