We ordered $64 worth of food and there were multiple issues. They forgot 2 of our sides, the fries we did get were burnt chips, and we had asked for light sauce on the wings and they were smothered in sauce. We called and spoke to Jason the manager at the time and he was the opposite of helpful. He told us we had to drive back and bring the food back to get what they didn't even give us in the first place. I had some friends come visit me this weekend and they were craving wings. My "go-to" for wings has always been Buffalo Wild Wings, but they suggested Wingstop. I looked it up and there was one a couple of blocks away from my home. I've never really given Wingstop a chance, but I am glad that I gave it a try. We ordered a family bundle (30 wings), it was enough to feed 3 of us. We were able to split up to 4 sauces/seasonings ( we went with lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, and Louisiana Rub, and Spicy Korean Q). Our order also came with fries as well. I was definitely impressed with the taste and quality of my food. My teenager used their birthday money to place an order through a third party delivery service and the order was missing items. I contacted corporate office and left a review that items were missing and was contacted the next business day by this individual branch, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected by replacing the entire meal.
