So upset how I was treated this evening from Adam, the so called manager located here at the Wingstop in Canyon Country (#435). I placed a scheduled delivery and the store decided to have my food delivered 30 minutes earlier. I have a confirmation email indicating my order amount and the scheduled time and Adam was extremely rude and argued with me over the phone. Don't quit your day job Adam because with your shitty people skills, no one will want to hire you. Then I get a call from some Indian guy telling me he runs all of the Wingstops and when I asked for his name, he told me not to worry about it. Then continues to ask me what is the problem?!? And also stated that Wingstop doesn't have a Facebook account. The number he called me from is 310-903-6658 Man you guys are shitty to deal with and can clearly see where the skills for customer service comes from. Not ordering from this location ever again! I don't normally write reviews, but I had to write one letting others know that this business actually cares. My teenager used their birthday money to place an order through a third party delivery service and the order was missing items. I contacted corporate office and left a review that items were missing and was contacted the next business day by this individual branch, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected by replacing the entire meal. I hate that this is my local Wing Stop but Im not driving farther for one and may consider ordering specifically from a different location just because. Extra anything at this location means they are giving you soup kitchen portions. I always ask for Lemon Pepper Sprinkles ADDED ON my wings. We ordered A bunch of wings at this facility for 5 people. We ordered by phone. We ordered at 11.10pm and picked up the food at 11:35pm by the time we got home and opened it, the 30 wings was boneless. We immediately drove back to get the bone in wings, ofcourse we didn't bring the food back prob a mistake cos then they wanna see it. But anyway they said to my son that they couldn't make the food at that time cos they're closing. Guess either not too many people order wingstop for their parties or just not this location? Anywho, I came in just at 1pm when I scheduled my pick-up and the order was being finished up. The woman at the cash register was emotionless and had no life whatsoever. She didn't really seem rude or anything, she just obviously hated working here especially on the holiday but she sure showed it to customers! Everything was packed correctly and I was on my way, for under $30, I got quite a bit of food! I ordered the 25 piece wings with garlic parm, original hot, and cajun. The garlic parm is always salty and I always say that but I still order it. . . luckily the wings are crispy and meaty. This was my first time ordering cajun and it had great flavor but the dust seemed to glob up on parts of the wings so you would just get hit with cajun seasoning. And the original hot as always was great. I also ordered a side of fries and coleslaw. I once vowed that I would never patronize this Wings Stop location again... should had stuck to my vow. First off I immediately noticed that flies were casually hanging out on the table nearest to the door. I noticed a guy that was giving training / instructions to employees and I assumed he was the manager so I decided to bring the matter to his attention. He advised me that he was the general manager. He stated that there was an issue a few days ago with the air conditioner being broken and that the doors had to be open because of the heat. Understandable, but why not use fly traps or some other type of insect repellent? As I was waiting for my food ( vegetables and bone in wings) I noticed one of the workers fluffing his hair over the vegetables sitting in a prepared basket on counter in the kitchen area. I then ask to change my veggie order to fries since it's known that heat kills germs. Got home and the fries were soggy with oil and the wings were overcooked and oily. This is the most unsanitary establishment that I have seen. I threw the food in the trash because it would have been a waste of time to go back and ask for a refund. We enjoyed a dinner for 2, wings, fries, and 2 drinks, we added the veggie sticks. Definitely filled me up considering I only ate 5 wings. The fries were really good, and they were filling. The sauces we're really good too. Try the Hawaiian, pretty sure that's the name of the sauce. Parmesan Garlic, was great too. The only thing I couldn't understand was where the trash can to throw your trash away was??? I had a horrible experience with this location. The cashier couldn't count, didn't know how much change to give me. I believe he was high on some type of drug. Honestly I don't really leave reviews unless it was really bad. We placed an order through the app around 5 pm to pick up at 8pm, my husband picked up the food and was about home around 8:06pm. When he got home we realized that the fried were cold, wings soggy and cold and tenders cold in the middle. So ridiculous that everything was cold before he even left the restaurant.
