Ordered online a week ago for a $37 pick-up at 5:45 pm, got there and they had given my order to someone else! That's okay, but then they acted like they were doing me a favor to make my order again, and told me someone knew my name and the last 4 digits of my credit card. I DON'T THINK SO!!! I think someone saw my name and last 4 digits, said it was their order, and stole my family's dinner! I think their employees didn't check anything or verify anything. I don't know what people reviewing this place are smoking, but this Wingstop location is pure FIRE. The food is always cooked properly and the staff is friendly and accurate. I order extra well done and they are never OVERdone, just crispier. The fries are always extra well when asked. I don't know what more people could ask for. The wings are hot and tasty, the drink selection is Coke Freestyle, they sell beer, they have tasty fries. Cajun fried corn. Just ignore the haters, this location is worth your money. read more

Extremely rude and disrespectful employee. I work in the food industry so I understand if someone comes in when you're about to close but the store wasn't closing until an hour and a half from when I went. The employee was playing favorites and being rude to me despite me being kind and respectful, I was even apologizing because I felt bad since I could tell he had an attitude since we walked in, but then he was being polite to the friend I came with. I went to place in a second order and he went "Another order? Damn." I was also wearing a towel around my waist because I didnt have time to change after the pool and he took a few steps away from the counter to say "Is that a towel?" in a rude way, like that is none of your business.. Moral of the story I was respectful the whole time and again I do work in food service so I know how it feels to be exhausted towards the end of a shift but that doesn't mean you treat customers any differently. Also when it was time to pick up the order, he places my bag all the way across the store from where I was sitting from but then approached my friend with her bag. She was thrown off as well and was upset herself because we both know I didn't do anything to be treated any differently by an employee and I was showing a lot of kindness. NOT COVID SAFE: Very concerning behavior from employees. We ordered wings with 2 ranches, and 1 blue cheese. My dad got to the car and tasted all of them to make sure there was a blue cheese (they've forgotten before), so he went back in to get a blue cheese. They wanted him to give back a ranch to get the blue cheese... he explained he put his finger in the dip to taste it, so it wouldn't be usable and they said it's fine we will just swap your ranch for the blue cheese! Aside from them not picking up the phone a lot, I love Wingstop. I thought BWW was my #1 wing-stop (pun intended) but Wingstop has somehow managed to place them as a wing favorite of mine. I LOVE the lemon pepper, like LUH-HUV. I always order my wings well done, bone in, and oh my god Becky look at that wing, it is thee bomb. The chicken here tastes real, seriously. The quality of the meat is better than BWW and the lemon pepper is a sure winner. Only reason BWW ties with this place is because of their seasonings/sauces (buffalo and mango habenero, oh and asian zing too). Anyway, love the carrots over celery. I ordered from here for the first time since the pandemic. I am an essential worker and have no doubt already been exposed but what I witnessed would be shocking to someone who has to take it more seriously than I. Firstly, one of the male cooks was wearing his mask properly the entire time I was in the store. Two of the women, one who was cooking as well, were NOT wearing masks properly. The girl cooking and "saucing" my wings had her mask underneath her chin the entire time. She was laughing and talking over the food she was preparing. When she brought my order to the counter she was waiting for me to approach her while her mask was still off. She wouldn't step away so eventually I had to tell her "you're not wearing your masks correctly" and she laughed and backed away. The other girl had her nose sticking out the whole time. When I get home I open the boxes and they had given me the wrong order. So I called them and informed them of their mistake. To be clear, this review is in reference to the location at SOLEDAD and BOUQUET CYN. I stopped by today at 12:30 to place an order. They were in COVID19 mode: partitions, takeout only, etc. I was eventually acknowledged by the cashier, a young man with dark hair, about 5'6" (I believe he was Hispanic, but not sure). I placed my order and asked for my wings to be cooked an extra 2 minutes (I've done this before with no problem). The young man told me that they couldn't do that, but they could cook them "well done" which is 5 minutes longer ... I know... Make absolutely no sense, but he was persistent. He could cook them 5 minutes longer but not 2 minutes. So I left without placing an order and called back to speak to the manager. No way was I going to order anything after this altercation and allow him or anyone else to handle my food. I just wanted to file a complaint at this point. Of course, no manager was there but I was able to speak to the asst. mgr, Gill later when I called. Gill was very nice and offered to resolve the issue if I placed the order.
