Ordered online a week ago for a $37 pick-up at 5:45 pm, got there and they had given my order to someone else! That's okay, but then they acted like they were doing me a favor to make my order again, and told me someone knew my name and the last 4 digits of my credit card. I DON'T THINK SO!!! I don't know what people reviewing this place are smoking, but this Wingstop location is pure FIRE. The food is always cooked properly and the staff is friendly and accurate. I order extra well done and they are never OVERdone, just crispier. The fries are always extra well when asked. I don't know what more people could ask for. NOT COVID SAFE: Very concerning behavior from employees. We ordered wings with 2 ranches, and 1 blue cheese. My dad got to the car and tasted all of them to make sure there was a blue cheese (they've forgotten before), so he went back in to get a blue cheese. They wanted him to give back a ranch to get the blue cheese... he explained he put his finger in the dip to taste it, so it wouldn't be usable and they said it's fine we will just swap your ranch for the blue cheese! Then another employee came up, and said the same thing... they didn't understand why they couldn't use the ranch. Why do they want a ranch that has had a finger stuck in it, at any point, but especially during a global pandemic? I LOVE the lemon pepper, like LUH-HUV. I always order my wings well done, bone in, and oh my god Becky look at that wing, it is thee bomb. The chicken here tastes real, seriously. The quality of the meat is better than BWW and the lemon pepper is a sure winner. I am an essential worker and have no doubt already been exposed but what I witnessed would be shocking to someone who has to take it more seriously than I. Firstly, one of the male cooks was wearing his mask properly the entire time I was in the store. Two of the women, one who was cooking as well, were NOT wearing masks properly. The girl cooking and "saucing" my wings had her mask underneath her chin the entire time. She was laughing and talking over the food she was preparing. When she brought my order to the counter she was waiting for me to approach her while her mask was still off. She wouldn't step away so eventually I had to tell her "you're not wearing your masks correctly" and she laughed and backed away. The other girl had her nose sticking out the whole time. On Saturday afternoon I placed a order over the phone with an Adam. I wanted 20 wings. It was for pick up. So I drove down from Newhall to pick up my order. When I get home I open the boxes and they had given me the wrong order. So I called them and informed them of their mistake. To be clear, this review is in reference to the location at SOLEDAD and BOUQUET CYN. I stopped by today at 12:30 to place an order. They were in COVID19 mode: partitions, takeout only, etc. I was eventually acknowledged by the cashier, a young man with dark hair, about 5'6" (I believe he was Hispanic, but not sure). I placed my order and asked for my wings to be cooked an extra 2 minutes (I've done this before with no problem). The young man told me that they couldn't do that, but they could cook them "well done" which is 5 minutes longer ... I know... Make absolutely no sense, but he was persistent. He could cook them 5 minutes longer but not 2 minutes. So I left without placing an order and called back to speak to the manager. No way was I going to order anything after this altercation and allow him or anyone else to handle my food. I just wanted to file a complaint at this point. Of course, no manager was there but I was able to speak to the asst. mgr, Gill later when I called. Gill was very nice and offered to resolve the issue if I placed the order.
