The typical experience here is that you are given a pick up time of about an hour. You show up a little later than that time and your order is not ready but will be ready in 20 minutes. You wander around or wait in your car and come back in 20 minutes to be told that your order will be ready in 20 minutes with no explanation or apology. You return in 20 minutes and you are told that your order will be ready in 10 minutes. You ponder cancelling your order and getting something else, but the wings will be good and you've invested hours already, so you finally return and your damn order is actually ready. There is a serious issue at this location. There seems to be no investment in training. These kids don't seem to have anyone leading the show and there is an absolute absence of any kind of communication between employees and employees or between employees and customers. There is no apparent system in place it's just a bunch of kids wandering around wishing they had gotten that Starbucks job. I feel bad for the kids, they should be better trained and they should have a leader helping them run efficiently. If the wings weren't so good I would never go back. Please implement a basic system that notifies you when your order is ready so we don't have to wander around and continually be told that our order will be ready in completely made up times. Wingstop is a great wing place, the best wings in town! The wait isn't long, the staff is great, and the food is delicious. My cousin works there and he can vouch that everything is fresh, and clean, unlike other wing places in town. Mondays and Tuesdays are 50 cent wings all day long, no matter how busy that they get, the employees always stay professional and have a smile when they greet you. If you haven't tried Wingstop, you should try it. They give you free wings on your birthday and make you feel like the happiest person alive. If you are having a bad day and the cashier notices they will give you half off of your order and make your bad day a good one! No one has ever made me as happy and put a smile on my face like Wingstop. The Wings at Wingstop are so tender and juicy they will leave you drooling and wanting more, not to mention the soft drinks are the best in town. The TVs always have sports on fro you sports lovers. From hot spicy, to teriyaki, and even a rich garlic flavor. Many different sides of sauces to go with your wings. My favorite order are wings are hot, spicy buffalo with a side of ranch. They also serve many different types of fries and veggies. Their hot, spicy, and crunchy wings always fill my wing cravings. I feel like I am never disappointed. I recently visited Wingstop, and while the experience had its ups and downs, there were some clear highlights. The fries were definitely a standout--crispy, well-seasoned, and delicious. However, the real letdown came with the seasoning on the chicken. We ordered Original Hot and Mango Habanero, but it felt like Wingstop decided to just give us chicken tenders instead. The seasoning was barely noticeable, and the sauces seemed almost absent from the chicken itself. I was really looking forward to that flavorful kick, but unfortunately, it just wasn't there. I might give them another shot, but I hope they improve on the seasoning consistency. The fries and service were great, but the chicken needs a lot more attention to detail. read more

Kentucky fried crap has nothing on wingstop i really hope they stay open, if we lose wingstop ill have to eat crapy taco smell and jack in the puke and that stuff is like death on a tray and the staff there are really nice, they look like they enjoy there job unlike kfc were everybody looks like they just killed the chicken your about to eat.....and thats just sad. Today around 4:30pm I went in to get wings with some friends. The man on the register who took my order was extremely friendly. He even asked us while eating how everything was and if we're enjoying the food. I found it very sweet that he'd ask such a simple thing because out of the many years I've gone to this wingstop an employee had never checked up on me before or cared to ask how everything was. Cybertruck. It's Tesla's futuristic electric pickup truck with an angular, boxy design that looks like it came straight out of a sci-fi movie. I don't know why (except I've order plenty of Chicken Sandwiches from other local eateries) but the Sliders weren't as satiating as a "meal" on their own. Perhaps I was expecting too much...after all, they are clearly labeled as "sliders" (not sandwiches) on the menu boards. With the tab being over $15 dollars, I also felt the Slider(s) a bit lacking in the "value" factor. No cutting it in half for a second meal...oh well. I'm not complaining though about the Sliders taste, they (at least my Medium) was delicious.
