Dehydrated wings, floating in oil. Not even edible... I paid premium price though door dash, through it away

Horrible, you had one job, cook chicken. They were not edible. I threw out the chicken. I had fresh carrots, they were good,

Stopped in today- heard there was a new owner that cared about a year ago maybe longer and finally making it back in!! Took me way too long. New place is like a sports bar - air conditioned, cool chill music, 4 TV's playing various football games. It's decorated in a warm navy green with an Aviation theme. I Love it!! The last place was broken down Formica tables with no music, no theme, no colors, no A/C, and a horrible smell. The big change besides the wings being tasty & made to order!!! That's EVERYTHING RIGHT THERE! But the HUGE Noticeable change is there are people hanging out having fun with their Families and Friends- yeah how about that, that's the canary in the mine trick. People aren't angry trying to get out. They're happy to stay and spend time. That's more than decorations and music. That kind of change happens from the Top down. From Ben the Management treating his employees and customers with respect and care. Give Aways A Beer Selection All kinds of Sauces Nice Furniture The Staff actually smiles and offers suggestions if asked. I'm not saying it's a place to have your anniversary- well depends on who you are right. I ordered the Whole Wings deal - they take 25 minutes. Ya know what that's how long they take when they're not made hours earlier sitting in grease and fat. My buddy Steve S was here - he must've been on an acid trip Lol. Sometimes us yelpers think we've been hired to evaluate each ingredient in a sauce. Just come over- have some wings, they're made broad appeal if you need an extra grain of salt add it - don't knock off a star. This place is humming and it's a pleasure to be here - the beer helps while I wait too. Bon Appetit!

    Menu. Simple. Uncomplicated.

Location: small shopping center too many shops not enough parking spaces. Cute inside have a few tables for dinning. Not recommended for groups. Staff: very pleasant. No tip jar to leave a gratuity. Waiting area: acceptable bench and one cushion chair. Food: got 3 Parmesan garlic, 3 Hickory BBQ, seasoned fries and a drink Got home with my bag after waiting a short bit for them to be fried then tossed. The 6 wings fit into a small 4"x4" styrofoam container. Fries were just in a boat. Parmesan Garlic- I got neither flavor when I ate the very small drummette piece. Hickory BBQ- no flavor on this one either. I tasted more of the dry oil than from either specified flavors I had chosen from. The seasoned fries had more flavor than anything. Ran into a few fries that were not cooked. I only ate one of each flavor and called it good. Suggestions: better BBQ sauces, better flavors. Maybe the hot is so hot you don't taste anything and that's fine but for those who don't do spicy still should get flavor too. Maybe a location that allows for more clients to eat in and strum up a happy hour vibe when flavor happens.

Mango habanero and atomic boneless wings

I got the mango habanero and atomic bones less chicken wings they were just a little under sauced but overall it was good

It looks red, but there is actually no sauce, all oil and very dry.

The wings are very dry and sauceless every time I go there. I keep trying to give it a chance, but I am always disappointed. I get the same thing every time, mild wings, but it just tastes like oil and salt without the sauce they never put on it. This place is just not for me if they don't actually serve what they advertise, I'm not expecting anything perfect, I just want sauce on wings that are supposed to come with it

I love Wingstop and I was sad when the one in Petaluma closed. Tonight my sweetheart was on Santa Rosa and offered to pick it up for dinner if I called it in. I wish I got the girls name who answered because she was so nice and helpful and took the order perfectly! I like the garlic Parmesan with extra Parmesan-a lot of times I ask for it but then they don't add the Parmesan but this shop made them perfect tonight! Everything else was great as usual!

This is burnt supposedly Fresh Baked Rolls and overcooked Seasoned Fries.

Wings were perfect as usual and the NEW! Carolina Gold BBQ sauce is tasty!!!!(Shouldn't be limited)KEEP it on the menu. Disappointed with the burnt supposedly Fresh Baked Rolls and overcooked Seasoned Fries which were for my three year old Grandson. I guess that's why it's Wingstop. I'll stick to wings only.

You call them upon arrival and they will bring it out to your car which is awesome. Food was ready when we arrived, fantastic! We ordered the 1/2 bucket with umami fries, side of mac n' cheese, and lots of sauces. The meal comes with pickled veggies, slaw, and 4 Hawaiian rolls with nori butter. It's always disappointing to get your order home from anywhere and find a problem, so spoiler alert that impacts the experience for me. I ordered the fries extra crispy and not only did they come soggy as all get out but they also were lacking the umami salt that's supposed to make them special. Everything else was correct but the fries were a disappointment right out the gate. I seasoned them from my spice rack and popped them under the broiler to crisp up. This helped but if they come out of the fryer not crispy the broiler only does so much. Pickled veggies are good. I always love a pickled carrot. The slaw didn't have much flavor I could discern but I added one of the hot sauces on it and it was tasty. The star of the show, the chicken, was ok. I LOVE fried chicken and eat more of it than I probably should, lol. It was VERY crispy almost too crispy (maybe the chicken was cooked well done instead of my fries?). Since it was so crispy this made the chicken dry. Overall, slightly better than meh but not much. Maybe this isn't a meal that translates to go? If we try it again it'll be in person, even though we are literally only 6 miles away so it's not like it traveled far before we got down on it. Glad we tried it out finally but definitely feeling sad it didn't leave me happier for having checked them out. I'd be remiss if I didn't express how sad I am with how disappointing this meal was overall. Fried chicken usually brings me so much joy alas not today. Oh well I guess. I had higher hopes with all the 4 and 5 star reviews. Maybe we got a bad order but this wasn't a good first showing to make me want to come back and try again. So much sadness.

Here are my thoughts, and yes I am getting into the nitty gritty! Sandwiches- first and foremost the cuts of the chicken they are using are really bizarre, it was in multiple pieces really thin and only covered like 60% of the bun. The bun is decent but texturally could be toasted more. Both The Hot Bird isn't spicy and too sweet in my opinion, there's a lot of the sauce and it makes it a little soggy. The wild bird was good but again the odd chicken piece took away from it. We cut them in half and one of the halves literally only had 1 bit of chicken. Fries-what umami? With a name like that I'm expecting you to punch me in the face with that good earthy robust flavor. This tasted like normal slightly chalky fries. Visually it didn't look like it had anything sprinkled on it. The fries come with pineapple ketchup... or so they say. We definitely got gochujang sauce. Again... meh! I love fried chicken sandos, but it was just okay.

Sometimes bar food can be pretty basic and cheap, but the peppers were nicely grilled and the chicken was juicy. I had their sweet potato fries which were really good too! They have a condiments bar with different sauces. I got the DTF sauce for my fries which was fire and some green salsa to put on my sandwich which gave it an extra kick. There is a paid lot/garage in the rear of the building but we got a perfect space right in front so did not need to go to the garage. MAKE sure you feed the meter, I watched people getting tickets!! The meter maids are on foot, so it was not easy to see them coming. It is best to keep your meter fed. Happy hour available for $1 off beers. Many other specials; see my pictures or check out their website. Clean restrooms. Cool art outside the building; see pictures. A small gift shop. Service - Jon did a good job. Patient. And checked up on us often. Price - $40 + generous tip. I think it was a little expensive for what we got. The meal came out to "two" beers and a wrap; really just enough food for one person.
