My first time eating at this chain was through door dash that i ordered from this business. My first time was a negative 3 star. They sent me these uber burned thighs that were tiny n gross. I was so mad I didn't leave a review. On yelp but crucified them on doordash reviews. Cue 5 months later; I decided to take a gamble n see if my review reached them n they saw how horrible n terrible quality their food was to me that time. They must've felt my wrath n the nails of the cross i put on that review. In this order i got the 10 piece combo almost free of charge from door dash phenomenal recovery bonuses from previous fails. I literally paid $9 bucks from this meal fit for 3. This time around i got huge pieces, not nuked or terrible tastes. It was a well done batch like it was made by angels. It had love written all over them. So far my favorite sauce is Hawaii n smoked bbq. I cannot for the love of me handle their hot selections. Shit goes down heavenly n then comes out painful lol The cheese fries didn't look like much i thought they rip me iff cheese UNTIL i started to peel them off n realized there was more cheese hidden in layers of fries! Picked up an order for a friend as a to go order. I was given one bag and told have a nice day. When I made it to my friends house, she told me half the order was missing. She called to notify then that we didn't receive a whole half of the order as well as dipping sauces. Rather than rectifying the issue, they said that we were lying about what we received. We came back with the order that was given. The cashier pretty much called me a lair to my face when I arrived ! No manager came to speak to us, they passsive aggressively made our food with no apologies or "my bad" unprofessional, gaslighters! Now half my order is cold. read more

Ok, so the only thing I ask when ordering on line is that the food be ready when the the tracker says "complete". When I get here they act as though they lose my order and the staff is not apologetic and expects me to wait until the order is "complete". The staff is loud and cursing (unprofessional) and they clearly have regulars that they talk to while I wait for my food . This is unacceptable. I did my part and waited the required time. They lost my business because this should never happen for an online order when all you have to do is communicate. When I got it she charged me 24 dollars and I only received 15 boneless. I asked for them to be well done and they weren't. The fries were SOGGY. I came in less than 2 hours to close. The staff was extremely pleasant, organized, and the manager is doing a great job at running this location. This wing stop was immaculate. The condiment station was organized and it was well kept. The floors were spotless. Even the kitchen area from a customers pov was super clean. Popeye's 1118 E. MIK Jr. Blvd Seffner, FL 33584 I stopped by Popeye's on Friday, Aug 19, 2022 around 6:14 pm to purchase dinner for my family of 4. There are only 2 Popeye's in my general location, and the experience is not better than the other, so I decided to stop by this store hoping to receive a better outcome. My two daughters and I decided to go through the drive thru after noticing the crowd of people inside the store. The wait today was not normal. The line was moving extremely slow, but again faster than the lobby, When i arrive at the intercom to place my order, I was greeted with a pleasant young lady who apologized for the wait and proceeded to take my order. I asked if there were any specials for family dinners, she said no. So, instead of holding up the line, I decided to purchase the 12 piece special, 2 large sides, and 4 biscuits. along with 2 cinnamon apply pies. " oh wait, let me see if we have any out" ok, I said. the young lady said, no we don't have any out and I wanted them, I would have to wait. WAIT! oh no, not after waiting 30 mins in this slow line. So I said, its ok. I'll just take the meal please. $38.49. My daughter asked for a drink so as I wait to pull up to the window, I thought I'll just ask for a small drink at that time. The young lady who greeted me repeated my total and right before I provided her my card, I ask to add a small sprite. My total changed to $41.37. No problem, provided my card and asked for cajun sparkle, honey, strawberry jam. The young lady said she will add the items in my bag. I waited at the window for a minute and was told to park in the second parking spot as they are preparing my order. By this time, it was 6:36 pm. 20 mins after waiting in line, i was asked to pull over to wait some more. At 6:39 a gentlemen walk up to my car with food in his hand, but asked if I wanted breast because there weren't anymore chicken. I told him NO! I order a 12 piece and not all chicken breast, so can I have a refund. He said "I just got here" (RUDE) and provided the bag of chicken in his hands to the car to my left that park after me. I said, how did she get her chicken and I was first, he said she only ordered 5 pieces. I told him, how can I get my a refund because I have been waiting for a long time and still don't have my food. I witness the 4 cars that were behind me in line get their food and drive off, while I am sitting here. He just walked away. At this point, I was extremely mad, but as I glanced in my rearview, the same lady that took my order, was in the window dancing and talking to her co-workers. She didn't have any care about my order nor the time I spent in the car waiting. At this point, I was ready to get out the car, but my husband (whom, I was on the phone with) told me to wait. I didn't want to leave my children in the car, so i set in the car. The same gentlemen that came to the car the first time, came back with my order. He apologized for the wait, and I took the food. I should have took a peek at the food, but now its 6:47 pm and I was ready to go home. We took out the fries, and they were fresh. So I thought, the same for the other items. When I got home, I took out the food and it was BURNT! not to mention, it tasted old. Like it was cooked in old grease. The biscuits was hard, like rocks. We didn't even eat the food. We were afraid we were going to get sick. I spent $41.37 for food that was not edible. Oh, and the cajun sparkle I asked for, it was only 2 pks given, along with 1 strawberry jam with 1 honey. Did I mention, I ordered 12 pieces of chicken? what in the world was that going to do. So disappointed. I am frustrated, upset and angry that the staff had the nerve to give a customer food that they wouldn't even eat, or take to their family. Thank you to the crew last night and Josh the GM, they really made my experience great! I've been going to this wingstop for a about 6-8 months now and things have really changed for the better since Josh stepped in. I think he is highly liked by the crew the way that everyone seems to get along and pull together.
